  1. I totally understand you. I am also a sensitive person and the outside stressful world pace also affects me. I try to come up with some routines to aliviate this, but I know deep inside I can't continue the type of life of having to be on time and having a stressful job. Sooner or later I intent to have a house in nature, preferably diy and have a similar life style to yours. So, I thank you immensly for your energy and for sharing this beautiful nature connection lifestyle that is inspiring for me. 🙂

  2. First time I’ve seen any of these videos and straightaway before he spoke I knew that garden was in Britain somewhere.
And yes before anyone gets smart, Wales is part of Britain, I didn’t say England 🤦🏾

  3. Lean and mean is my goal, always. I go for about half gram to 1g of protein, a lot of veggies and whatever. If I hit my protein goals for the day and my other nutrients are in check, then the calories alot of time are under so I end up losing weight and staying toned.

Until mr banana puddin' comes along and I'm like HEY MF I GOT YOU NOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW

  4. I am happy (and jealous) to see you creating and working in your garden. I'm happy to see a young man starting this type of journey at your age. I wish I would have started 20-30 years ago myself. My garden journey stared by learning about plants for natural dyes and has expanded into learning about the medicinal uses along the way. Journey on!

  5. Hi there would like to ask you that your helper Jack he's from England and I'm looking for somewhere in England similar to environment you have can you suggest any cities in England please

  6. If you ate nutritious animal based breakfast, you wouldn't have to drink coffee to boost your energy. The body simply doesn't get enough energy and minerals from a sugar-based diet.

  7. You're such an inspiration brother. May I suggest you swap that coffee for a hot chocolate made from raw cocoa (no sugar added) as it generates stem cells in your body which promotes healing. Coffee is great and my girlfriend is Colombian but coffee is acidic. Outside of that, I'd suggest finding a way to make your own coconut, cashew or almond milk. We tend to stay away from processed foods, no matter how convincing they seem on the labels. We're fans of your channel brother. You live very similarly to us. Happy gardening! 🙏
