I liked how you said it depends on the client’s goals on how you would do progressive overload with them. I like the ideas of how to potentially overload, like with isometric holds for example, for someone who isn’t looking to build as much muscle as possible. That would be a good clip IMO. Good stuff, thank you!
This series has made me reflect on my own training and how im under eating protein and gluttonous on carbs and fats. I think these videos will help others with accountability in their lifestyles.

Adam I can’t thank you enough for this series. I was 325lbs at my biggest I’ve lost 135lbs just diet and lifting weights then I injured myself and took a few years off. I gained back 30lbs I am in my 40s and bought maps 15 and following what your doing I am tracking all food intake and hitting my protein goal of 185g a day. So blessed to find you and the mind pump gang 🫡🤙🏽

Doing 90-90s, I can lower my torso pretty far and lift foot. But I often get cramp in my back hip (both hips when back). Any idea what I’m doing wrong?
