  1. In this you talk about not wanting the numbers to drop on your scale right now, for someone truly starting out, is that the same mindset to adopt or is it different depending on start point and Body Fat %?

  2. About the breathing, I didn't want to sound like a dick but was more concerned as I hear it often from you, as well as on the podcast. No troll, you're an incredible mentor to me. It's like a throat flutter when you inhale. I figured it was all the mass you carried, but now that you're leaner and lighter, it's still there. Take care

  3. Thanks as always for sharing your journey. Crazy how I found mind pump just under 2 years ago through the podcast, started following all of you guys after just a few episodes, Maps programs changed my life, have almost all of them at this point. So getting to witness your journey back on top of through this docuseries, with the IG and podcast supplementing is just gravy at this point. I know you guys get it all the time but everything is appreciated. Can’t wait to receive my t-shirt to rep the show (in canada so been waiting since mid august lol)

  4. Reasons as to why I’m following, authenticity, honesty, you say it like it is with no BS. Don’t change.
Here for it… of course I love the music I’m a female 🤣… keep going …👏🏼🔥

  5. Not only I love this type of content and would like to see more, but I believe there is an appetite within you’re fan base for Doug, Justin and Sal to do similar content (from different perspectives).

  6. Dont edit the hard breathing out man fuck that shit, if you’re not breathing that hard by the end of your set are you working to your full potential ?

Trying to build mass not a PT seshh

  7. Such a hard thing to not push to the weight you know.. I was in a good place gaining strength then herniated a couple cervical discs. Still struggling to not push it too hard.

  8. Adam, I have been binge watching this. Also I love Kion aminos and LMNT.. will buy with your code to support you.. mango is the best fyi. I’m inspired by your journey.
I pray for Katrina as she recovers. I love when you talk about your family. ❤️🙏🏻

  9. I liked how you said it depends on the client’s goals on how you would do progressive overload with them. I like the ideas of how to potentially overload, like with isometric holds for example, for someone who isn’t looking to build as much muscle as possible. That would be a good clip IMO. Good stuff, thank you!

  10. This series has made me reflect on my own training and how im under eating protein and gluttonous on carbs and fats. I think these videos will help others with accountability in their lifestyles.

  11. I love this series so much. Adam, I know you said it doesn't make mind pump a lot of money but judging from the comments, this has given so many people both useful tips as well as inspiration. I hope you document the entire journey, and it would be cool to see somebody else do this after you

  12. Adam – Stop apologizing for anything you do on your channel. We love the content, your music choices, your humor, your history, and your advice. How many other people who are watching this can say they competed professionally in bodybuilding. You have nothing to prove brother…just be you…the content is awesome!!!

  13. I’m not one to have Facebook or instagram and etc. I am truly enjoying everything u r and have been sharing on Utube. I’ve learned so much information and find what u r doing in regard to this program u r following quite interesting. This may appear to b useless content to you but for me I look forward to watching this from beginning to end. I find nothing boring about any of it. So thanks for posting and sharing what u have. Don’t stop 👍🏻

  14. Hi Adam- I'm a 65 year old female coming up on a year of 5 days a week gym attendance. Finding this series with your candid comments re workouts, pre & post prep, calories, music etc is spot on. You're offering the wisdom of experience here to anyone who cares to learn. It's a fun inspirational series – thank you!

  15. Adam I can’t thank you enough for this series. I was 325lbs at my biggest I’ve lost 135lbs just diet and lifting weights then I injured myself and took a few years off. I gained back 30lbs I am in my 40s and bought maps 15 and following what your doing I am tracking all food intake and hitting my protein goal of 185g a day. So blessed to find you and the mind pump gang 🫡🤙🏽

  16. Music is great. It’s the soundtrack of my youth! Anyway, what is your source for peptides? You make it sound like you’re walking into your corner drug store and picking it up like it’s no big deal. Isn’t it hard to come by?
