What sucks about this is how perfectly timed this would be….now that Trump has won and it doesn't matter. Would have been absolute chaos if this somehow got ruled on in our favor before the election. The optics would've been, "insurrectionist Supreme Court steals election before it even happens. God save us all!"

With out the ability to read between the tea leaves , to peek around corners and or open your mind to any and all possibilites your information coming from the "internet" is just that – information coming from the internet ! Most people don't realize they haven't been living with the rights of 1776 Constitution. Most don't realize the United States is a Corporation Act of 1871 our Country wasn't the United States of America, it was Corporation.
