I've taken all kind of supplements and I've stopped taking them all for more than a week and I feel exactly the same and see no difference. The only thing that has made me feel like a million dollars is one time I caught a bad flu and I only ate fruits, lean meats and eggs and was off the bike for 4 days. On the fifth day I went for a ride and felt very strong and light. My climbing efforts felt easier and faster than usual. I couldn't believe it. Once I began eating a regular diet, all that effect went away.
Why is it that we cyclists are absolutely obsessed with finding a supplent that is going to turbo-charge our performance? News flash – short of PEDs they don't exist. Save your money and train smarter/harder/longer.
To me it's like the search for the ultimate slimming pill for fat, lazy people.
Supplements are one of my passions also. Some call it expensive urine but I like it. When I couldn't get Race Caps any longer, I bought all the ingredients listed on the label separately. So one half of my kitchen cabinet looks like a drug store. Ashwagandha Root Tincture, Extract, not the capsules, will set you free! Taurine 1000mg L-tyrosine Beta Alinine 3g Ashwagandha 450mg Nitric Oxide Boost 1600mg L-Citrulline 2000mg Quercetin w/zinc 500mg B-12
As a supplement user as well, sometimes I can look like a pharmacy and sometimes it may just be fish oil. I race elite level and I can promise any viewer – you can take none of them and still win / do well. Sometimes I do wonder if I’m clutching at straws. I can assure you ALOT of WT pro’s take next to nothing (I know unbelievable right) and still be at that level. Thanks for the video mate but don’t be scarred to leave a few out and save the dollars for some aero socks 😂😉
Do u cut the ketones with anything for taste?

I can see that you mean well but unfortunately there's quite a bit of misleading information in this video.
What do you do to test the interference effect of all of these?
Take copper w/zinc
I just take iron in the mornings with vitamin c and it makes me feel great 👍 don't have it with caffeine or you won't absorb it
