  1. I've been diagnosed with Anger Disorder, Anxiety Disorder, Bipolar Type 2 Diorder and Personality Disorder. I was kicked out of the Marines for always fighting. Long story short, weed calms me down. It helps my mind from racing so fast. BUT… I have to microdose. Too much weed makes it hard to work and can cause me to get irritated much easier. But a very small amount before bed has really helped my mind to relax.

  2. It’s all about your mindset bro. I used to freak out from weed. Minimum effective dose is key. Also stop identifying with your “mental illnesses”. It’s your entire identity man. Take a small puff in the right setting. For me this is alone in my weight room with headphones and good music. 30 minute workout. Shower, and your favorite show. It’s an amazing experience. Also weed is a mirror. It will show you all of your faults. Your “mental illnesses” have consumed your entire life. This is clear. The weed is showing you this. Move on.

  3. The reason……… pharmakia- look in the Good Book….. I don’t give a rats ass what anyone says…… weed is sorcery & there are reasons why our “wonderful “ government (aka globalists) are slowly making weed legal…. Figure it out!!!!! There is no way my fiancé can protect me when he is high – he can’t even find his frickin keys or wallet let alone function operating the AR!!!! Man up!! Weed is an estrogen mimicker- we are going to end up a country of a bunch of pussies with boobs where the true Christian women are going to save the US -God knows we have higher testosterone levels than the pot heads that claim manhood

  4. bro 2 Bowls is waaaaay too much. A 1 hitter is closer to a proper dose for PTSD at least. Weed does not help addiction to other drugs either. Biggest advice i could give for smoking is start as small as possible and slowly move up until you meet a the right dosage. Also consult a DOCTOR, not a stoner friend, about the benefits a negative side effect. And lets face it, it's not helpful to everyone because we are all different.

  5. Bro I have general anxiety PTSD I’ve been smoking weed for like 17 years and I’ve only quit three times and that time the longest was six months. Yeah I like weed, but no matter if it’s Indica or sativa or hybrid, or even a certain amount of edible but every single time I smoke my anxiety goes up and when I quit, it goes away a lot not completely but a lot, I remember when I took the first hit again after quitting. Oh I felt the difference. I take Prozac and I’ve never felt a full affect because of their marijuana.

  6. I react almost the same way to weed and all the different types.. it’s awful experience. I wish it was different but glad I’m not alone.. I also have adhd, CPtsd, depression, anxiety, selfharm, cocaine addiction in the past too.

  7. Have you tried CBD? There's studies that show smoking a 20% CBD strain helps with anxiety, even if it's smoked with 20% THC simultaneously

It might not help everyone, but it's a useful tool if it works

  8. I have anxiety and adhd and have had
bad experiences with marijuana in my younger days 18-19 and pretty much hated it. I took low dose edibles for the the first time in my 30s and it was not bad at all. I felt a lot calmer and happier for sure. I know some prefer the mind high from smoking it, but I prefer the feeling from ingesting it better. I also noticed that on the rare occasion when I do smoke very small amounts like one to two hits was more tolerable for me.

  9. Some folks love weed with ADHD. I'm a recently diagnosed person but I hated mixing it with Adderall and it made my anxiety go completely through the roof.

So I am cutting it out. Weed is great for some folks with ADHD and the pot/Adderall combo is also good for some people but I fucking hated it. I'll always be a cannabis and medical cannabis advocate but for my purposes it's not right to smoke right now.

  10. The main thing I'm curious about is if it affects anxiety if you take 2-10 day breaks between, like if u smoke on the weekend only and go the whole week or 2 without or just a few days. And I'm kind of a beginner and barley do it every day and take different breaks of that time frame due to restrictions and money

  11. Bro i have been smokin weed since 3 years regularly.. few months back i got my first panic attack when i was high on weed.. since that day i didnt smoke weed am just scared of it . Still i’m getting panic attacks when i’m sober..

  12. It's your tolerance it does that to mostly everyone just gotta get it up try Delta 8 thc keep doing it every day use a cartridge then take one two two puffs your tolerance will shoot up then move on to edables then once you notice your tolerance is high try indica strains I use to freak out n now I'm fine it helps

  13. Bro why you smoke a joint or start with one then wait 10 minutes and dont take another one till its been 10 minutes
Plus its not just taking weed theres also weed therapy you should do when you smoke

  14. I have to say that weed is a hit or miss with me. When I do too much I freak tf out. So I have to control my doses and I have to be busy and drink water. Water acts like a ground technique so I don’t go into an anxiety attack.

  15. Anxiety is often from a fear of losing control. I too am diagnosed with ADHD and anxiety and have used thc to help me focus and get through tasks. My experience has been wonderful, certainly a great alternative to adderall in my experience.

  16. I've been trying to figure out my relationship to weed for years….from self-medicating with it and being addicted, to going months without it more recently and feeling good without it…it seems like nowadays it makes me feel amazing while high, but I'm wondering if it might make my lows lower the next day.
Anyway, thank you so much for sharing your experience.

  17. Yeah I know what you mean I still smoke but sometimes I smoke a strain that gives me the energy and the warm patches and Racey thoughts, and there's some were I can function fine and I'm relaxed

  18. So I start watching ur video for some information. Not gonna discredited u cuz u are HD+ for everything and had a rough upbringing cux I've found having a degree doesn't hold anything to personal experience. But then u go on to 1.) speak on a medicine and it's effects on the body that u admittedly don't even take, and 2.)say "I'm a "recovering" cocaine and alcoholic addicts….who takes zannies….claiming recovery. An alcoholic, taking LITERALLY the pill form of alcohol…ok all credibility just went the way of the dodo, and I 100% do not doubt that u where prescribed this. It just goes to show u the medical community doesn't know dick about addiction still. When u decide to get serious about ur PRIMARY disease, quit takin that shit(which u will have to do at rehab,u can't just quit taking zanax),feel what detox REALLY feels like…then post videos like u know what ur talking about
