  1. Hi Neil, how are you?…..so sorry to hear that you didn't get any noticeable improvement with the various CBD brands you have tried. I know the brand you showed in the video very well, in fact, I use it myself and have been for over 2 years. Have you tried taking up to 200mg per day?…..The mechanism in the body in which CBD interacts (the endocannabinoid system) is expressed very differently in each person and so the dosage recommended on the bottles won't work for many people, especially those with severe chronic illnesses. Consistent use working up to one's sweet spot which is where a peak tanglibe improvement felt is experienced and can't be exceeded by higher dosage is something that can take literally 3 months or more to establish. Particularly if you increase serving size very gradually. American football players often start almost immediately at 200mg per day. I appreciate the cost of that level of daily supplementation would be very expensive. You may not need even half that amount though if taking consistently daily and even with more regular smaller doses (microdoses) in between your larger servings. The quality of CBD is very important to know it's safe and free of contaminants and also has the cannabinoid profile advertised so the products by CTFO is high quality and reliable. The absorbency of CBD into the body varies depending on how you take it. Under the tongue and held for a couple of minutes or longer, will give a faster response, once your endocannabinoid system is nourished and begun responding to the CBD with regular enough use. With a faster absorbency into the bloodstream taken under the tongue, the bioactivity tends not to last as long. In food, with food or as capsules that bioactivity tends to be longer, but more needs to be taken through digestion as the liver breaks down much of the CBD. So a combination of taking CBD under the tongue and in or with food can carry distinctive advantages for some people. Once you find your sweet spot, it's wise to maintain that level for some time possibly 6-12 months but at some point many people are able to reduce the quantity they take every day without compromising the relief and benefits enjoyed. Perhaps you'd find my website beneficial I have some good information about how to use CBD oil and the science behind it on our CBD therapy page – https://www.idramas.org/cbd-oil-therapy

I really hope this information proves useful for you to know and hope that if you do try CBD again with a bit more understanding you can get results this time that can change your life for the better. Do not hesitate to contact me should you have any questions. Happy to help where I can. Denovan

  2. The CUPID research trial began in 2006 and involved 493 people with secondary and primary progressive MS at centres around the UK. The MS Trust funded the cost of the MRI scans. The study investigated whether dronabinol (a chemically synthesised form of THC) might have a role in protecting the brain from damage by MS, a concept called neuroprotection. The results of the study were published in 2013. It found that there was no difference between participants who took the cannabis based medicine and those on placebo, with the treatment having no overall effect on the rate of progression.šŸ¤”šŸ¤”

  3. Oh no! I was hoping that it would make a positive difference. I am gutted for you. What a bummer! Oh well onwards and upwards, I do hope that there is a substance out there that can ease the daily stress and pain of MS I feel so bad for you. I wish I was powerful enough to make it disappear in everyone. Youā€™re doing well, though, in spite of your condition. It must take it out of you to make these vlogs along with doing your daily tasks. God bless you.

  4. Hi Neil. I feel for your pain and offer some of the things that have worked for me. My mobility took a nose dive on 2011, primarily in my right leg. Symptoms included numbness/tingling in my right foot and ankle, shooting nerve pains in extremities, pain along my spine such that I was afraid to turn the wrong way or lift anything. In 2014 after multiple MRI's, spinal tap, and various other tests I was diagnosed with primary progressive MS. The MRI's showed 6 lesions along my spinal cord, non in the brain. My first success with self treatment came by following Dr. Wahl's supplement regime (as seen on TED talks). Within 2-3 weeks the shooting pains in extremities and along spine ceased. I then started an exercise regime involving Tai Chi, an old Nordic Track ski machine, and lots of stretching. I have seen no further deterioration since adopting these. I started taking CBD oil 4 weeks ago, 10-20 mg per day. I follow this with a spoonful of coconut oil as I read that fats increase the absorption of CBD oil by 4-fold. Within 2 weeks I noticed an extraordinary improvement in the mobility of my right leg. I can now walk with almost no limp. My CBD oil is Mary's brand ordered online from Birch + Fog in Vancouver, BC, Canada. The dropper bottle contains a total of 500 mg of CBD oil in 50 ml of liquid. I take 1 ml at a time (one full dropper), equivalent to 10 mg of CBD. All the best Neil. I hope there is something here that helps.

  5. Hi Neil,I havenā€™t got MS….but, Iā€™ve tried endless CBD oils too. Iā€™m 73 and Iā€™ve had chronic pain in every joint since I was 50. Not just pain but crawling up the wall pain…..but obviously not on a high level as you. Iā€™m glad you said youā€™ve tried numerous CBD oils and no difference. I bet Iā€™ve spent almost Ā£500 or so on the blooming stuff! Thanks for your video,I really hope you can get relief for your pain.

  6. I've tried 15 different brands of CBD oil but only 1 has helped me the most. I was almost bed ridden, was like you could barely walk, barely move & function normally. Then I found Hempworx, it has helped me the most, I'm no longer bed ridden, pain doesn't run my life anymore I have control not the pain. It worked so well I became an affiliate. Not all cbd oil is created equal, I've learned so much from becoming a rep and now I try to help others have wellness and well being in their life also. Hempworx is now international. contact me and I will find out for you if we are in the uk now. I know we are in Nigeria & Canada and growing. Good luck to you and wishing you wellness

  7. Need to try a full spec oil I buy my mom a crude co2 cbd oil I decarb or a rso but you really need the entourage effect for pain relief it works don't give up theres a boat load of cbd review waxes from the states need to try vaping the oils for an immediate effect to c if it's worth the money

  8. You need full flower cannabis. CBD needs THC and other compounds from the bud to activate. CBD by itself is much less effective than the complete flower. You need the synergistic effect of multiple compounds in the flower bud. Try a sativa or sativa dominant strain, as sativa is more of a stimulant than Indica

  9. I vape or smoke Sativa for day time cause itā€™s a bit upper feeling. I vape Intica at night. Itā€™s a little mellower. I always get higher THC levels. These help with spasticity, pain, anxiety, and sleep. Iā€™m home usually so I can relax easier. It will relax your body. I like it though not perfect because itā€™s natural and no chemicals. Vapes use some chemicals in the process but I think it burns off on the heating element. CBDs in my opinion enhance the other cannabinol elements and have an important part of matrix. Just my opinion. I do chillax at home. Good luck on what you find.

  10. Hi Neil. I just wanted to let you know that I never received my CBD order from CTFO, so I'm unable to report if it helped my MS. My order was seized at the border. VERY disappointed and frustrated! Good luck and hope your symptoms improve!!

  11. šŸŒ± šŸ“ 7 things to consider when buying CBD oil:

1.) – Be sure you are using a quality product. Read the labels for additives, chemicals and unnecessary ingredients that dilute and destroy the product. Check lab results, COA's (Certificate of Authorizations), mold + toxicity reports, gas and chromatography reports, etc.

2.) – Check extraction method – CO2 is best. Ethanol tends to leave behind solvents and residue in the oil. Check the source of the farm. Not all are compliant.

3.) – Check reviews! Some people get sick from taking a crappy CBD, others have phenomenal results- again quality matters. Check the return policy, not all CBD oil companies will refund you if you have a poor experience.

4.) – Serving suggestion varies based on the individual person. Some need 15mg a day and others need 30mg. Synthetic CBD requires a higher amount, (50mg / day) natural is typically lower. (20mg – 30mg)

5.) – Donā€™t be sold by marketing terms such as nanotechnology, liposomal, bioavailability etc – there is zero science backing this regarding CBD.

6.)- Full spectrum will likely give better results (the therapeutic range is much wider) VS a CBD only product but if youā€™re worried about drug testing then get a CBD only product as the THC in the full spectrum can show up on a drug test.

7.) – The only brand I know that meets these requirements is HempWorx.

  12. I also have MS and trying the very same CBD oil. I just ordered another bottle 10x 1500, I hope to feel some difference! I'm from Canada, and yes it is expensive but willing to give it another try!! I can relate to your pain issues, lack of energy and sleep deprivation! Good luck! I'll be checking in on your progress with the CBD oil. I truly hope my products work!!

  13. I just now caught your video just want to say from One MS fellow to another I've have MS I also use CBD oil you really need to do your research on the oil a lot of people are trying to make money off of a cheap product I have my bottle is 1500 mg pure hemp oil it is made from the leaf and the stalk of the plant 0.5 ml in the morning 0.5 ml at night it has changed my life the company I receive it from save everyone is doing four to five drops a day is totally wrong you have to go by your body weight I'm almost 200 pounds 0.5 ml in the morning 0.5 ml at night under tongue that's why your not getting anything out of your oil butcher oil sounds price sounds cheap my oil cost as me$125 per bottle please research it

  14. I know pills help some people with depression and anxiety but none ever helped me. I also know pot helps some and not others but it got rid of my anxiety 100% back in the day. Not that my doc would give me an rx for it now tho. I guess it depends on each person but it sucks how stuff is so expensive. That bottle is equal to 2 months of my new meds. Having insurance often seems pointless when it covers so little.

  15. I find the cbd oil with small amounts of thc helps me mellow out and relax. It also helps with sleep. Ive tried a variety of oils and strengths and have seen no "miracles" or benefit other than being calm and relaxed, which in itself is an improvement, so i will continue to take it.

  16. Neil, I hope it helps my friend. MS just sucks….having problems swallowingfood, and I thought to myself at least I can walk….so cruel this disease. Sending support and positive thoughts from here.

  17. Actually, THC is what really helps with our disablity. I know it's taboo, but we have legal Medical Marihuana, and I'm telling you, it takes away so much pain, and relaxes me. I wish you would bring up Ocrevus with your Neurologist. I hear it is a miracle drug. If you can get some of the real THC, it's worth a try. Love and prayers my friend.,

  18. Hi Neil. I am on a cannabis tincture that contains 5mg THC to 250mg CBD. I take 1/4 dropper 2x per day which is much less than prescribed. The recommended dose is one whole dropper 2x per day. My sweet spot is much less than recommended. And It has been a miracle. I am weaning myself off of gabapentin and baclofen. I am walking every day in a pool for about an hour. My pain has gone from about a 7 to a 1 or 2.

If you can try the CBD and THC, and if you can stick with it for about 4 weeks before saying it works or not, you might see a good result. I make a 79.00 dollar bottle last 2 months. I put the tincture under my tongue for 1 minute before swallowing. Good luck.

  19. Hi Neil! 5:30a.m. in the States. I can see the discomfort you have and I experience what you are going through with my walker, wheelchair on some days-walking is not happening. I hope it helps, tried it but no help. However,I hear the THC makes this more effective? Keep us posted and loads of good vibes being sent your way!!

  20. I have been taking CBD oil now for about 3 to 4 months you have to give it time I can tell you it does help a lot I am now tapering off both gabapentin and baclofen Iā€™m only down to one and a half gabapentin pills and not even a whole baclofen

And I feel absolutely much better so yes it will work just give it time and Iā€™m on a less strength and that I am on 300 MG and I take more drops and Iā€™m supposed to do so

  21. I have tried CBD oil as well with no luck as well. Dyou have THC in yours? I have heard some do better with some ration (like 1:1) of THC and some do better without. I hope it works for you this time.

  22. Hello again. I havenā€™t been in here much lately. Hope you are doing ok.

What brand is that cbd oil? I tried it one time and didnā€™t notice anything. I was thinking I might give it another try.

    Debbie
