  1. Why do we have archaic abortion laws? Republicans. Why do we have archaic Marijuana laws? Republicans. Why is there so much opposition to death with dignity laws? Republicans. I believe we have found the problem.

  3. America needs to legalize it on a national level ASAP! It's strange and counterproductive that it's legal in Canada and Mexico and half the USA but current laws don't allow for the same trade the way we can buy wine and spirits or even tobacco from other places… Especially for a medication/drug that has less side effects than a tic-tac including the risk of cancer… Particularly if you don't consume cannabis the traditional burned way like a lot of people.. Extracts, tinctures, capsules and even vapes are a better delivery system…

  6. The war on drugs is a complete failure and the unfortunate people who were wrongfully convicted for the simple possession of it. I remember in the 90's marijuana was so taboo and looked down upon. The stereotypical naysayers are being proven wrong on many levels albeit still harmful but nothing as harmful as alcohol or tobacco and especially prescription pain and psychological medications. I think it's time to spend these hard earned tax payer dollars into something more productive and fruitful. The government has way too many bureaucracies and that's more impactful then wasting any money fighting a battle lost before it started ✌🏽🇺🇲

  8. i hope they do get it legal.. I have a medical card which I buy topical creme (Dr Solomon's) restore. The reason I buy it ;is because I have a SLAP tear an rotor cuff problem an other things. It is very painful. I use this creme an it works,, It is unreal…. I am waiting on a operation but this Doctor Solomon's creme is the best(200 mg THC, 200 mg CBD)

  11. It better be coming. With the farm bill expiring, we are going to loose the THCa loophole and everything will be clamped down again unless you have a medical card.

  15. Recreational marijuana use has been legal now since June 2023. I'm from Pennsylvania but staying in Maryland with my children for the summer. Glad to be here I've tried so primo hybrids grown outta Western Maryland…,…in fact I'm stoned right now off of some grape cake from Grow West….the Curaleaf dispensary carries some great strains right here in Reisterstown.

  17. Boycott alcohol for 2 months I promise you cannabis will become legal in all states ASAP you gotta hit the government in the pocket to get them to listen. If you stop the sales of alcohol they lose a lot of tax dollars so tell your friends to have a national boycott for 2 months see what happens you will be surprised

  24. I don't know why this is still a discussion. The majority is for full legislation. Let's do this and move on to the problems that matter. Like the meth and fentanyl dealers. WV needs to bring back the death penalty and if you're a dealer, you head to the chopping block

  26. Facts is the drugs made in Government labs like percersets n Oxycodone Vicodin oxycotton all have been prescribed all are. Physically Addicting n all know kill more citizens every day n same can be said about achol cannabis was made by God n has no known deaths in it's use unless it was used with achol or another Lab made concoction another thing is the Bible says I give you these herbs in which to heal n feed n medicate to sustain life doesn't say anything about opiots .an man drugs

Thats Is sad that citizens of Pa all spoke in favor by a healthy majority n the Republican dinosaurs reject proposal n yet allow Achol n other prescribed drugs that have been known and recognized to kill More than 20000 people plus in state n cannibis has 0 from it's use n cigarette many people die from them as well n they legally sold I think that they want to tell our citizens what they can do what they can eat n when they can sleep Government is supposed to be for the people that means all citizens all people not just republican house n senate people

  32. OHIO will be the 49th or 50ith state to legalize marijuana for recreational use. Like everything else coming across the desk. Drag their feet as long as possible. 49th state to legalize setting off fireworks……

  35. Imagine that the supposed republican so called party of freedom. Doesn’t want to allow people access to weed, abortion , LGBT, voter restriction laws so much for the party of freedom. Unless you want to get drunk & shoot your wife & neighbors then you’ll have all the freedom to buy guns , bullets & beer you can afford.
