It appears that the latest polls and the Polymarket projection indicate that Trump might get elected … If under the scenario that he gets elected, look forward that the pro-cannabis Congressmen and Senators can follow up with the new Administration, so that Trump will fulfill his election promises and campaign pledges (which he stated in his Truth Social posts) that his administration will work to complete the Reschedule, and the passing of the Safer banking bill… 😮😅. If under the scenario that the Republicans gain a slim control of the Senate on 5 November, I heard rumours that Chuck Schumer might work to pass the Safer banking bill in the lame duck session …😮😮😅

Imo, the Biden administration should have got the process of rescheduling cannabis earlier than they did. Don't tell me they didn't know that the process would take longer. With that said, I believe Kamala is the best choice for furthering cannabis reform. If amendment 3 in Florida passes, we can thank Trump.
Couldn't help but chuckle at listening to you take anything out of Kamela's mouth as indicating what she would or wouldn't do if elected. She's a political hack who literally says whatever she thinks her audience wants to hear. The only response that would have made any difference is if she'd said "the Director of the DEA reports to the Secretary of DHS who reports to me — if the DEA doesn't get the job done by the time I take office, then I'll replace the Director on Day 1."
Just a heads up for any investors, long term leaps in MSOS and MSOX (2x leveraged version) are unbeliably cheap rn. You can buy calls expiring Jan 2027 (over 2 years) at tha $7 price for about $275 right now. That means that if the stock price of MSOS goes above $9.75 within 2.25 years, you'll make $. You'll get some of your $ back if it expires above $7. It's at about $7 right now, and was trading well above $11 when the news this May. It was in the $50s in 2021.
If it returned to all x highs even, for every one of those $275 contracts, you'd make about $5K (like a 20x) whereas if you bought the stock, you'd need $700 per 100 shares of the stock and would make about a 7x gain if you held until it hit these highs. So basically triple the amount you'd make otherwise (which would be true whether it goes that high or not as long as it's gone up a few $) assuming you think legalization or good news that will boost the market happens within 2 years. I'd say this is a pretty asymmetrical +EV bet. I've been scooping these up like mad, as well as some shorter term ones expiring in 2025 and 2026 and shorter term ones in MSOX for literally pennies.
