  1. I read a book called “ The easy way to quit smoking” by Allen Carr. I thought I’d never fucking quit man I smoked for 20 yrs. I quit almost 10 years ago and it’s up with the top 2 best decisions I’ve ever made. Never knew how bad I stunk holy shit. This book works! If you care about living longer , give it a read. It’s not long and it’s not about using g will power. It’s knowledge and be informed. Get fucked Dan! Love ya 👊🏻🇺🇸. Also you’ll never feel better in your life after a few months clean of smoking . Fucking do it!

  2. I’m not a veteran or first responders, I’m just a retired dirt bike racer from Tennessee, and I want to thank you guys for all the hard work you put it to bring us facts! Y’all show helps me get thru the work day, 🫡 to all the staff that make this possible. Cheers 🍻 from Tennessee

  3. Switching to lighter cigarettes and using 4mg nicotine gum is really helping me quit. used to smoke Newport Red 100’s 8-10 times a day, now I smoke parliaments 2-3 times a day just because they have a low amount of nicotine and tar. Hope I can quit because I’ve been having inflammation and pain in my lungs and I’m not even 30 yet.

  4. I started dipping when i was 19 and I went straight to Redman. Quit a couple of years later after having polyps at 22. Started up again at 27 but switched to tins of Skoal but I quit spitting and would just gut it. Price has gone from $3.50 in '99 to $31.74 now. Found that when I had a heater, everything slowed down for me and I was able to maintain alertness and it helped slow down my brain. Years later I learnt that I was using it to treat undiagnosed ADHD

  5. Homies, when I last went to the VA, in the mid 80s, roughly 20% of the older Vietnam era drinkin' bros were happily smoking through a hole in the neck while walking around with an oxygen tank. I didn't start smoking until A School due to boredom while locked in a security area between classes. Eleven of twelve us us smoked, then it was 12/12. Two died of those twelve, one of AIDS, one murdered in Philly, both statistically correct. The rest of us, pushing or past 60, still smoke, all heathy and disease free after 40 years! Sooo…

Keep smoking weed, it's impossible that it could be cancer causing or harmful in any way.
