  1. After almost 50 years of tobacco smoking I finally threw them away a year ago. Quiting was absolutely not easy. I tried almost every method …gum, lozenges, chocolate, patches, wanted, cold turkey, herbal teas,….you name it and nothing worked. Until I got zapped by laser treatments. That does not mean cravings are all gone though, but they are less intense and shorter lasting.

  2. I’m not afraid of quitting because of withdrawals I quit before and yes they sucked but, I don’t mind. And I’m not afraid death from smoking. I’m a 36 year old war veteran who works 80 sometimes 90 hours a week and spends at least two days a week sleeping at the office. Death please take me. I’m not quitting because, cigarettes bring me joy.

  3. Also cleared the trapped emotions of fear will help this process. Check out “emotion code” by Dr Bradly Nelson. We trap emotions and fear is one keeping us in a pattern. Once it’s clear it feels so much easier to let go and let flow. Also asking Source for help really works! Surrender smoking a month ago! Feel so much lighter

  4. People wouldn't have smoked if Life was easy and a nice experience on its own…but since it's fuken awful no matter how you see it,since it's just a painful existance where you're basically someones tool for 40-60 years of your life till you either dye on the job or get too old and especially wasted because of the hard work you were paid the least for even if it should have paid you more…smoking just helps in general to take some time fir yourself and calm down while also shortening your suffering on your own terms,if you're scared of commiting suddenly,so it has it's benefit in a such awful world of ours, that's especially harsh on those unfortunate,so it's ok,as long as one has their boundaries and smokes in smaller amounts instead of going full chainsmoking…

Basically wanted to say that people would have NEVER smoked,IF living was actually about LIVUNG the life you were given, insteaf of just being about EXISTING for the sake of it and suffering agaimst your own will where you're piwerless to do anything except accept the pain and suffering no matter how badly you'd want it to end,so you'd finally get some peace at last

  5. I quit 19 years ago when I started 21 years earlier when I was 16. Since I lost my addiction and have zero withdrawal, I feel like today at 56 I never smoked. I didnt want to smoke into my middle age and look like a middle-aged dull skinned, yellow teethed elder.
