  1. I just subscribed & bought your book. Hubby started CBD to combat junk cravings. I guess it's the type of CBD you get. He's dropped his water pill & cut his high BP Medicine by 50%. We both take CBD. We now cycle 3x a week up a hill in evening after taking CBD. We sleep much better. My depression is 40% less. Eat less processed food. We've started to juice organic veges w/little fruit. Our Goal is to not eat processed food except rarely & increase cycling up to 1 15 minutes hour about 4x a week with 75% of that being riding up hills. We were cyclists 20 yrs ago so that's a very low bar to meet, we'll do it. I care for a lady with dementia 48 hrs a wk so appreciate all your knowledge about that too. GOD Bless you & Dr. Dhand for all the good you do

  2. I have treated HBP taking lisinopril. Despite regular and routine exercise, my BP was always in the 130-140/85-90 ish range. I’ve added .5ml of full spectrum CBD oil daily and my BP has been reduced to 120-125/70-75. Pain, inflammation, and cortisol have been drastically reduced and I’ve been getting the added benefits of awesome sleep. YMMV but full spectrum CBD worked for me. Make sure you get product that is quality tested. It’s a little pricier but makes all the difference.

  3. Im going to say Im a 37 yr old African American woman who has high blood pressure starting a year ago… Been dealing with the ups and downs to lower my pressure….
Started CBD two weeks ago and it has lowered my diastolic pressure by 7 to 10 points consistently, I take it when my anxiety/panic attacks are bad,
Ive tried anxiety meds that made me constantly drowsy
I still need to learn more about CBD oil but i will be discussing with my doctor at my next visit
