  1. I had major stomach problems in my 20's and learned that when I smoked a joint the pain went away. I saw my primary care doc on center street in Garwood NJ who "was going to write me a prescription for ulcer medication" but upon my telling him of my own self medicating he put the pad back in his pocket and told me essentially to keep on doing that or else I could develop an ulcer, that the marijuana was slowing down those juices/chemicals eating my stomach lining. I never stopped and I never developed an ulcer and am now in my mid 60's.
