Link for Turmeric I use. I’m sure there are ones better out there but I like the taste and I find it effective.

  1. Please know that this video is mainly focused on inflammatory effects of these substances. A like/thumbs up on the video is much appreciated for the Youtube algorithm along with any feedback if this video was helpful. Thanks for watching!

  2. Great video Dr. Jack, very interesting and informative. We learned quite a bit ourselves from your video, as well to help inform our customers when they have questions. We will definitely refer your channel! Thank you for all you do…We need more doctors like you.

  3. OF COURSE YT wouldn't promote this video. You're Asian. I mean how can so many of these other videos of the same topic with subpar information have 100K to 1 million views, while yours has been sitting here for TWO YEARS and still at 1K views??🤨You just KNOW YT is being REALLY biesed at this point with who they're promoting on their platform 🙄

  4. Dr. Jack, I started taking a CBD+CBN supplement for sleep and it's been working well, but for the last week I've been waking up around 3 am and not able to get back to sleep for about an hour. Do you think that could be related to the CBD? I sometimes also take a small dose of melatonin an hour before bed. I'm not on any other medications.

  5. I've been doing the keep it simple method just grinding pepper with a grinder into a two oz shot glass that fits the pepper grinder perfectly and then adding some turmeric powder and water and drinking it in the mornings … after a while my outputs ( LOL) smell like cat pee … LOL . something about turmeric makes that smell in me …
I also get fresh turmeric root sometimes and make tea with it but that is a different method and not sure how to mix pepper with that method … maybe steeping a few whole peppercorns would work … probably would take a while however for that method … maybe next time just grind some fresh peppercorn into the tea like I take it in the morning with water . hope all is going great with you Dr Jack who's got out back ! just kinda rambling here but thanks for posting these vids and taking time from your schedule etc…

  6. I’ve renamed your channel to, “Dr. Jack's, I Always Learn Something New — Even When I Thought I Knew It All” channel. Your thoroughness and clearly explained/illustrated treatment of each topic makes this one of my top go-to medical channels. Thanks, Dr. Jack! Courtney

  7. Great video. I enjoyed learning about the different types of anti-inflammatories. Also, that’s a great blooper at the end. Finally, I’ve noticed on every video your stack of books get larger and larger. Soon you’re just going to have a wall of books behind you

  8. Dr Jack, thank you for sharing your research and experience with us! I’m a believer in the healing power of organic Hemp, turmeric & other natural remedies! These things have improved my health immensely! Keep educating, I’m doing the same!

  9. As usual, Dr. Jack, this is another great video I’ve tried many pain relievers over the years and the side effects were always my concern until I discovered CBD. I do take turmeric as well but it may not be the best. Would you be able to suggest a supplier of quality turmeric? I prefer the convenience of capsules! Thanks! Pura vida!🙂
