  3. Black seed oil is phenomenal to your health for a wide variety of bio markers of your well-being. It’s an actual miracle. You only need to take a little bit daily though. A tea spoon or less, usually half a teaspoon. I’m not a doctor.

  5. Doctor, don't you love it when you're eating something and the ingredients says may contain one or more of the following oils, cottonseed, soybean oil rapeseed oil, etcetera. These companies don't even know what kind of oils are putting into your food!
