Disc Golf & Ultimate Frisbee are fantastic sports. I played soccer (& volleyball) for decades and ultimate frisbee is WAY more intense aerobically. Quick bursts over & over until you sub out panting.
Anthony, you gotta chill on the sports thing man. What is the point of being so critical of easier sports that are more inclusive. Not everyone will be capable of playing tennis well, or playing golf well enough for it to be enjoyable. They're still sports, just more inclusive lol
