So make sure you have cameras in your car.You can do all kinds of intelligence gathering from the people that are coming and going from the dispensary that are getting high in their vehicles. Their right to smoke dope should not infringe on your right to breathe. If your city is allowing people to smoke dope, in public and you go into an Asthma attack.You can sue your city , the city manager and the police department for causing a medical episode. If the United States can sue Philip Morris and make them put labels on their cigarettes and ban cigarettes, smoking in public places that that means they can ban weed smoking in apartment complexes.They can ban weed smoking in downtown and out of people's car. They can make a little island for them , and they can go smoke there. These businesses open themselves up to legal liability for these idiots.Smoking dope in their car, causing an Asthma attack for people who don't want to smoke it.Who don't want to smell it. Philip Morris was forced to pay millions of dollars.So you wanna smoke dope?Get ready to start paying out money. I'm not paying up with this shit.
Struthers Ohio and Youngstown Ohio are both close to Butler Pa! 0:55 " Green Leaf Therapy will be the only recreational dispensary in Struthers." 0:45 1 other dispensary in Mahoning County has a recreational license (so far). "Leaf Relief" also has a recreational license on Market Street in Youngstown. On August 6th rec sales become legal at 2.5 oz.
