Have you looked into "anterior pelvic tilt"? Its a posture problem almost everyone has nowadays, and goes unnoticed for most, but correcting it can really help with spondi.
Hey I have spondylolisthesis grade 1. I see you to have the same condition and it's really motivating to see your progress. I am just 20 and I was told by my doc to not to engage in weight training, running, jumping and more which made me really worried. Has working out aggravated your condition? I am an athlete and have been doing gym regularly so I have a strong muscle support and core strength and have been doing physio and resting for the past 5 months. I want to start small with activities. Can I start? Can you please shed some light here.
