  1. The Constitution was written on hemp parchment. People are prescribed all manner of drugs under the DEA schedule and they are worried about cannabis. What a country!

  2. As long as it's federally banned…it will always be like that. The reason the federal won't be lifted is that it basically disarms a large portion of society staying illegal. Which is the goal…eventually

  3. you can't get addicted to marijuana you might want it really bad but you're not addicted. When someone is addicted to a substance they get sick when they don't have it I smoked everyday from the time I was 13 to the time I was 35 and quit just fine

  4. Personally, I think as long as the user is sober while carrying, I'm okay with that. I'm even alright if they're carrying while buying in states where it's legal. I personally would chime in on "Not Guilty" if someone was "caught in possession while carrying a firearm" in states where it's legal to purchase weed in some form or another.

The recreational use of cannabis is really no different to me than the recreational use of alcohol.

I think it's well-past time that we got over cannabis use as this ultimate evil and I really think we're well-past time of trying to use someone's constitutionally-guaranteed rights as bargaining chips.

  5. I was young and Dumb, my youth was colorful on my record, but my only felony was a D class felony for issuance of a bad check in 1995 that's not a felony justification for permanent loss of second amendment rights according to the ratification period of the Constitution? That's not a conviction that certifies me as 30 year danger to my fellow Citizens. Being young and dumb going beyond means to be sugar daddy on a sweetheart that turned out more devil than angel.

  6. Does that mean every freakin federal firearm paperwork filled out will have to be changed? I can't remember if it is the State form or the Federal form that ask as one of the questions "are you a habitual user of marijuana? and if the answer is "yes" you can't purchase a firearm and if you say no" and it's proven it's a FELONY unless you are Hunter Biden.

  7. Well don't look like a pot head and don't take pictures of you with guns and weed together. But you can drink just can not bring the gun into the bar for the most part. Now I knew gun holders who would bring there guns into bar with them.

  8. So the law is unconstitutional on its face but the government gets to decide whether or not that matters based on that particular judge or cops feelings? The way that these types of cases are treated is wrong. If he shouldnโ€™t be charged for that then every single other person who has been arrested for it should have their case reviewed. The law applies as evenly as the government decides it should be and thatโ€™s unconstitutional.

  9. something I'd like to know is why there's a question that specifically asks if the individual purchasing a firearm is Latino? why are the other ethnic groups a separate thing? what's the deal with the Latino thing? I'm just curious, I'm not Latino whatever that is I'm not exactly sure. I usually refer to Spanish speaking countries as Spanish speaking not Latino. as for the marijuana thing, we all know its propaganda and total shite. it's the drunks that shouldn't have guns. people aren't inclined to be violent intoxicated on weed. although criminals may get high before committing a violent crime, but the violent intent was already there in my opinion making the marijuana connection irrelevant.

  10. I smoke marijuana and carry daily. Not a problem at all for me ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ Just donโ€™t be dumb with it and youโ€™ll be completely fine and donโ€™t act nervous when the cops pull you over lol

  11. But, if he admitted to being a "habitual user", he therefore then lied on a Federal Form 4473 when he purchased said firearm, if he went through the system. I know, I know, all of it is unconstitutional. You should never be impaired in any way and carrying a firearm, because, if you needed to use said firearm, it's almost assured you'll go to prison.

  12. Not while intoxicated, but if you use at bedtime for pain relief, im ll for it. Havent ever used myself, but willing if it can help me sleep thru my chronic pain earned thru multiple deployments.
