You can fail a drug test with any cbd. I took the gummies for 3 weeks and the package said no thc and I still failed a drug test for a job. Beware if using it daily and if applying for jobs, stop using temporarily because it WILL show up. Good luck

yes but for other reasons….. because when an acidic derivatizing reagent like HFIP/HFBA)is used, some GC/MS machines will see THCA when only CBDA is present. SAMHSA and the NLCP is aware of the issue. No modifications have been mandated. Some programs are still using guidelines written before CBD and hemp became legal in December 2018. In meantime, some people are going through difficult times due to false positives.
