During the whole whisking stage perhaps add some sort emulsifier liquid or granules like soy (granules) or sunflower lecithin in this small amount like 1/4 teaspoon and that will 100% combine all your ingredients as to avoid separation when curing and drying etc…
To get it to mix properly and way quicker you must use lecithin as an emulsifier. Distillate is an oil and oil and the water in recipes will never mix properly no matter how much you mix it unless you use an emulsifier. I run a edible business and that is how you get it to evenly dose. It will separate even if you don’t necessarily see it the doses will still be off without an emulsifier.
Awww man I went by this , exactly… and my gummies turned out real chewy. I probably should have went with the original 1 pack of gelatin..or maybe even 1.5 packs instead of 2.5 packs
