  1. Anyone have any experience with the fatigue you get from FND. I am floored. I know it seems counter intuitive but FND gets worse with even micro stress. It does help my body ticks. I've no desire to smoke at all I am so dizzy and tired

  2. Thanks for sharing your story. My story is somewhat similar. Not good. The key is that it seems our nervous systems are hyper sensitive. I have had, however, exceptionally good results when neighbors several floors below smoke marijuana and tiny bit leaks into my apartment. Perhaps the key is to try 2xmicro amounts. Literally almost nothing. And “Sativa” is what my neighbors smoke (more THC component). I have not been able to replicate the effect, unfortunately.

  3. I think its due to CBD that my pain is lower and i sleep better.
If you are considering researching the company who sells the oil so they know whats in the bottles, start with one drop and are patient it CAN give you some benefit, I believe. Yet im not sure its thanks to the cbd im getting less pain and so on.

  4. absolutely gutted ive rediscovered i cant have weed anymore as it takes more than it gives, i am ok with it for a little while even good, it gives me a sense of relaxation and wholeness like nothing else its like a breath of fresh air, until out of nowhere i start feeling numb to it like it burns me out very fast and then i can start getting seizures even i have had a few seizures because of weed. i hate it because i have a bond with weed like nothing else it has helped me in the past so much with mental health issues i suffered due to cfs but now it just burns me out too fast and makes me completely non functional even if i use it a little. i always saw weed as restorative sedative never as a nervous system stimulant but a little weed now is equivalent to MAJOR mental and physical exertion. In one of the worst crashes of my life, housebound, barely able to think, insomnia all because i feel like i cant ditch sweet mary jane. ive only been back on it for like a week or 2 aswell

  5. Thanks for the video from the other side 🙂 I've been smoking marijuana for about 6 months and so far I feel it's helped me, but I think it's time to get rid of it, because that's not the goal…

  6. I find that marijuana works to relieve some symptoms, but it’s just a bandaid. It doesn’t cure CFS and over time you just have to keep upping the dose to get the same effect. Overall I’d say it’s best to just avoid if possible, but I understand why some use it to cope.

  7. I think its going to vary hugely depending on the person and how it affects your nervous system and hugely dependant on HOW you use it. if it makes you nervous that ovbs terrible for your body but if it calms you down and takes you out of fight flight mode that can be beneficial to healing, when used intentionally and carefully. I find if I have a little around 4 o'clock in the arv, it allows me to have a little afternoon blissful rest that feels recharging. any earlier and it's negative for me because it makes me want to lay down and that makes doing morning errands harder than normal. any later and it can affect my sleep, but it's normally worn off by 7. if I have to cook dinner that night I won't have it. it's only for my evening 'healing sessions' which involves laying in my hammock or bed and meditating. it's a medicine and like any medicine, there are precautions and timing to consider. and like all medicines, it won't agree with some.

  8. The leafy green is what triggered the avalanche for me. And when I tried it again it triggered a severe relapse. It's my kryptonite. The derealization/depersonalization was the worst of my Cfs symptoms and that's happening to more and more people through weed. I say be super careful.

  9. OMG Miguel! Likewise 😅 i did so many kinds of plantmedicines. Learnt that it’s not my healingjourney but yes, if you are desperado you try everything…🙈 Never ever again 🙏💞🙏

  10. Prolonged THC eventually gave me severe panic attacks and anxiety that lasted for days. More recently I've tried CBD specifically for sleep, much more gentle and the tincture seems to be OK at small doses.
