The ones I have found most common are creativity (out-of-the-box thinking), foresight ("seeing around corners"), humor (a sense of the absurd), and the gift (or curse) of hyperfocus. What is your take on the strengths? Do you think it helps to know them?

At least some offsetting second-order effects in my case as far as heart because I eat better and exercise regularly medicated.
