Also, so everyone knows..this man kidnapped his kids while they were at their Grandparents house. Took them to Texas. Do not allow their mother to speak to them he acted like she was not around and abandoned them. This mother fought for years trying to find her children. When she finally did, they had been abused and tortured for years. This man is lucky. But he will have his judgment and he better pray that God has Mercy on his soul

Lol they cant get any info on your va disability. If you have a copy let's say when you were are at 50%. So say now your at 80% you can show them the 50% and they have to go off that. They aren't able to pull any info on your va disability đ¤Łđ¤Łđ¤Łđ¤Ł. Play the games boys they play checkers i play chess
Nelson is a dishonorable douchebag attorney who is not accredited with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs per 38 CFR 14.629(b) to prosecute the Fathers disability benefits. He nor the State mafia of Tx can even assign those benefits to any support order or enforcement. Only the Secretary of the VA has the authority to determine whether or not a portion of Fathers benefits is to go to mother on behalf of the child. 38 USC 511 also See Bates v. Nicholson (Fed Cir. 2005). If a portion is granted, that money goes straight to mother via Treasury. If the mother is denied any portion, she must file an appeal with the Board of Vet Appeals in Washington, D.C. The state has zero jurisdiction over that federal disability money.

VA benefits are NOT garnishable by any organization including the IRS. In fact it is a fellony to even try.
