  1. Re the feeling of needles on your scalp and arms, that makes me think of the sensation that non-verbal autistic people likely feel when they are hitting at themselves. I wonder how many could be helped with carnivore?

  2. One of my sisters has been ill, and in pain, her whole life, and now her fingers are curling with rheumatoid arthritis. I sent her information on high-fat carnivore, and she didn't even respond, ugh. One of the problems is people who are "in shape" think they are healthy. Just bc you can build a muscle doesn't mean you are healthy, OBVIOUSLY in her case. Another one of my sisters (there are 5) thinks she's eating healthy bc she doesn't eat meat, is low fat, etc, but then talks about her brain fog, etc. She's also chubby, even though at 69 she's strong (tosses her kayake around like she's 20), wins pickle ball tournies, bikes, NEVER sits down, etc.

    It's VERY FRUSTRATING.

  3. Best natural shampoo for your hair is 1 tbsp of baking soda to one cup of good filtered purifiedbutter.I've been doing that for the last year and a half and I love it❤

  4. If you ate truly organic pasture raised eggs, you shouldn't have any problem eating eggs.I used to have a problem until about 10 years ago. When I went strictly organic and never a problem since😊

  5. I'm just curious. What does revero have to offer that other Doctor don't? Mainstream Doctors say take a pill, have surgery or go to physical therapy. What do Revero Doctors offer? Eat meat and exercise? Again just curious.

  6. BTW dripping / tallow – makes a beautiful skin moisturiser/barrier – it's so healthy for your skin. I was put on statins and my skin looked like a snake about to shed, didn't realise statins reduce cholesterol levels by squalene synthase inhibition – which means dry skin and hair etc. Squaline is one of the main components (about 13%) of skin surface lipids – integral to keeping your skin healthy.

  7. just wondering, was she screened for celiac, as many issues fixed by carnivore are allergies and intolerances and junk food related obesity in general. Weight loss brings health benefits as well. But Celiac, It can cause joint issues, muscle issues, brain issues…..? She looks like she's in her 30s by the way….I have a family member who is suffering 'long covid'. I want her to go carnivore. she's a vegan and taking B12 shots, has lost her job due to fatigue, tested for everything but has put on about 50 pounds from being inactive and so many carbs – its going on years now. they can't help her. She's taking every vitamin, every mineral, every supplement, even urolithan A as the most recent. Had to give up all her activities she was very sporty before. Sits around now. I think its worth a shot.
