  1. I have extreme anxiety and would like to microdose on a monthly basis so my monthly purchase of CBD would cover me still perfecting how I can do it but your video definitely did help. Thanks!

  2. Great video. For me, it was primarily body aches and pains coupled with sleep issues. I hit it "hard"… I took about 60 mg and then, peeled it back to 30 mg. Luckily I found a local company here in Dayton that extracts CBD and makes products. I couldn't get myself to buy this at a gas station or a CBD franchise store. It works for Pain, and Sleep. Good luck.

Please doctor, if I want to start with broad spectrum as the THC not allowed in Australia,
How much should I take for chronic pain in neck?
Please answer me, it is urgent..
    Thanks

  4. All great advice. In my (limited) experience the quality of the product is perhaps the most elusive. My doctor carries some CBD at her office so I tried it (sprays under your tongue kind of like a breath spray) and got zero results even after max dosing. I began my hunt and after many months I settled upon the full spectrum tincture from Canna River CBD based upon some great reviews and it is fantastic. If you trust the COA's their product crushes nearly every other I could find (roughly 3 times the total Cannabinoids compared to what you recommend) and the costs are WAY lower. A 12,000 mg bottle which is what I get retails at $80 and we get 30% off because my wife is a nurse. They regularly run promos as well but even retail it's a gonga! I've tried all the flavors and Raspberry Lemonade is my go to. I take 2 ml sublingually and I will say it takes me probably 1-1.5 hours before I begin to feel an effect. The duration is between 4-6 hours. I'm 5'8" around 165 lbs so average-ish size. I take this to aid me with relaxation and while I know it's completely anecdotal I do think my blood pressure is positively impacted by taking CBD. I do take a low dose Losartan (25mg bid) and Hydrochlorothiazide (25mg bid) so this is part of my daily regimen. My BP ranges in the 120's / 70's with CBD. My wife thinks it's psychological which annoys me because I'd like to think I am making an honest assessment.

Thanks for making these videos as I enjoy seeing credible professionals exploring areas of health that many dismiss out of hand just because it's new and different.

  5. Was thinking of trying CBD for my chronic nerve pain. Looking into getting a 30ml bottle at 2000mg of CBD giving me a daily dose of 66mg of CBD a day. My nerve pain has gotten so bad i cant even sleep most nights as well as driving, sitting or laying down only make ms it worse

  6. Could really use your help with my dad. And & he’s had a few surgeries. He’s 80. He’s very shaky from anesthesia. I know cbd can help him. Just don’t where to start. And since you are an anesthesiologist thought you could help. Sent you a message on instagram. Im a GC advocate & saw you at our conference. You were excellent.

  7. So many people on youtube saying the usual dosage is way higher than I take 😅 maybe im not taking enough? I started at 25mg twice daily and have slowly increased that dose to 35mg twice a day. I use the oil that contains 100mg of CBD per mL.

  8. Super informative. It's about time I tried CBD for my chronic migraines. Can taking it daily build up a tolerance to where you would need to increase the dosage over time?

  9. I had bilateral inguinal hernia surgery almost 2 months ago. I'm still in testicular and groin pain. I purchased 55mg CBD Thrive from Vitamin Shoppe for $70.00. 55 mg broad spectrum.

  10. I am taking a very good lab tested CBD Full Spectrum S.L I am a big big guy (350) so i been trying to increase my dose from 25mg to 75-1oo mg a day. I am getting good results but am also have some allergic like reactions- eye pressure/redness and runny nose i am not totally sure if this can be blamed on the CBD but it does happen at times after the CBD dose. Should I be concerned? Should I take an antihistamine with the CBD Dosing. I really feel CBD is making a great impact on my life and want to continue it.

  11. i just started CBD oil for chronic pain (trigeminal neuralgia). Can you comment on the effects of CBD on the cardiovascular system, specfically the heart. There are some cardiologists who are advising against use of THC/CBD due adverse effects on the heart. Also, does CDB oil taken by mouth/or sublingually need to be disconconued prior to surgery, and if yes how long prior to surgery. How mcuh of concern is the anti-platelet effects (increased risk of bleeding) of CBD. CBD oil is helping me with pain, and I really would like to continue to take it with peace of mind. Thanks.

  12. Is 200mg considered too much? I feel like 50mg doses take my pain away the best 3 to 4 times a day. It does sometimes give me a fuller feeling head but seems to work. I was so close to quitting my job and filing for disability before trying higher dosages. I've only been on it for less than a week

  13. For the 500mg/30ml calculation, you said the WHOLE dropper is the 16.7 mg dosage? That's quite a lot of drops! I thoughts dosage would be by drops?

  14. I tried CBD, CBN, and CBG gummies for controlling high blood pressure and high blood glucose. Each seems to help blood glucose but elevates my blood pressure. What do you suggest?

  15. Dude…u da man. Im new to the cbd world and have been watching literally 1,000s of vids getting more confused with each one…UNTIL I found your channel. So easy to understand everything you say….short vids and to the point. Cant wait to make my first order to see how it hopefully changes my life.

  16. So very helpful! Thank You so much! I’m a Chronic Pain patient with multiple issues. I have just started my journey with Green Compass . In month 2 and I am already seeing a difference in many aspects. I really needed to learn about dosage

  17. Hi- you seem to know your CBD. I have taken several different high quality brands of CBD over the years (recommended by my cannabis nurse) and even lately tried nano CBD. I have never felt anything (except sometimes high from the THC- yes I am that sensitive). Meaning- I have not felt relief from the things that I am using it for – chronic pain, anxiety, sleep disturbances. I have heard that there is a subset of people for whom CBD doesn’t work. Are you familiar with this theory and if so can you send me some resources to learn more. Thanks! Or any other suggestions? and yes I was at a high dose at one time. 100 mg BID

  18. My neuropathy flared up recently, and I was looking for a product to treat both inflammation and to boost my immune system. I chose CBD dominant RSO oil. I cannot recommend it more highly! Within 2 hours I began to feel generally better. I dosed heavily (1 gram in 8 days) and my neuropathy has been totally tamed! My only side effect was a feeling of wellness.
