If you really want maximum extraction use grain alcohol and then strain and evaporate and then mix in coconut oil at low heat then add that to your cook
You can wash the coconut oil to get rid of the green- green taste ..it is overpowering taste to many people ..also it only takes about 5-20 minutes in oil that is heated to 200 to dissolve all the trichomes heads that have the medical value in it ..long cooks in the crockpot (old fashioned way ) only leach the chlorophyll -green out
