In the valley of the great Sand Dunes they just allowed 1000 in new commercial marijuana grows this past year. A typical commercial grow yields aprox average 150 lbs, every 3 months. Prices for the consumer are truly compassionate.

Don't bother moving to Colorado thinking you will strike it rich in the game. In the beginning pounds went for 3-4k. Now, they are just 300.00 a unit. Easier to broker than grow. Anyone can do it…just move to Colorado.
I was investing in cannabis from 2015 to December 2019. I then cashed out all my cannabis stocks and invested in real estate which is another segment I had about 15 years experience at that time. I have made much more money with the real estate. That said the biggest profit, ROI, I have ever made was in a CBD stock in 2018. I bought the stock for 0.32 cents a share and sold at $8.00 a share. One of those once in a decade opportunities but when you know you know. And I know for the foreseeable future real estate is what I will do best with. The cannabis market is suffering due to over taxation, over regulation and a lack of banking. And frankly, if your state/government doesn't support legal cannabis then they by default support the shady black market.

I say "drop the WEED Speak" It is a Medicine. A Fantastic medicine. Elevate terms like " Cannabis ". Smoke cannabis, make edibles, please drop the weed term…Instead use Herb, Ganja, oil, butter. Thanks !! peace
