  4. cbd has 2 main ingredients, mary jane and thc is a dreivative, it gets them hi
    this is haram, hadith in Sahih M. ebn Umar that all intoxicants are haram.
    the other variant is hemp, and high in cbd, it doesn't intoxicant and hem0ps with pain and cancer.
    make sure its thc free, it's a supplemnt so it's not fda regulated.
    if its thc free or less than 3 % acc. to fda then it can be halal.

    Hadith anything that can intox in large amounts is haram in small amounts.

  5. I take 3 drops of CBD once a week before a start playing football.
    I am almost 60 years old who loves playing football.
    But used to feel pain while I am playing football, so since I started taking the CBD, I feel no pain at all.

    But Isn't khamr defined with 2 properties?

    1. It intoxicates
    2. It is a liquid or paste from solid

    And to take one property only without the other is concealing truth of definition?

  9. Even cbd will make you fail a drug test. Drug tests do not test specifically for thc, they test for cannabinoids, and cbd is still a cannabinoid.

  12. What about medical grade cannabis? The stuff I have to take for pain has about double the THC to CBD. But it is the THC that is targeting and helping the pain? Opioids like Oxycodone and morphine are intoxicating too but are used in many E.R and given to people. Not many have an issue with medical opioids for pain control.

  18. Ustaad if the CBD is online use for pain relief and it could get up high depending on which grade of CBD you use the isn't it right to say stay away from the doubtful matters and just use pain killers

  29. But then all medicaments (pain reliefers) are haram? In large quantities or even if taken as prescribed they WILL intoxicate you. Thats how they work and relieve pain.

    Many pain relievers active ingredients are the same as morfin and morfin will turn to heroine in your body. I am pretty sure heroin is haram, and that would make morfin halal or haram?

  37. الحمدلله I was looking for this answer< seems Allah send me the answer, I'm suffering from sleeping issues and heard hemp tea is good but afraid it is forbidden or I'm doing something against Allah's well.
