  1. Not a lawyer here, but when it comes to invoking rights, I have been watching these channels for years and have worked out what I think is a perfect way of invoking rights.. its simple, a couple of short sentences, but it makes it perfectly clear.. goes like this..

    {{{Officer I invoke and refuse to waive all my natural and unalienable rights, do not ask me any questions whatsoever without counsel present, I do not consent to any searches or seizures of me and or any of my property whatsoever, and I invoke my right to remain silent at all times. Officer, you are now on the clock for your investigation, the time is _____ < stating the time.. then shut the front door and keep it shut..}}}

    if you are in a car when this takes place he or she has pulled you over.. your doors should be locked and only the driver side window cracked a couple of inches.. all that is necessary is to present your drivers license, registration and proof of insurance.. just hold them up to the window and allow them to look at them and make whatever notations they wish to gather whatever information they want from them.. but you do not hand them over, you bought them, they belong to you, they are your property.. and no property shall be taken without due process of law.. remain calm, remain respectful no matter what, does not matter if they make choice to falsely arrest you, keep your mouth shut, you do not consent to any testing or anything at any time.. if they want to order you out of the vehicle, Pennsylvania vs Mimms, allows them by court case to do so.. whether you agree with it or not, they will pull you out by force if you refuse to get out when they order you out.. so you do not fight it.. roll up the driver side window, as them to step back away from the door so you can exit it without the door striking them.. put your keys into your center console and get out locking the door as you exit.. closing it and locking it behind you.. now they can not get in.. hopefully you have a keyless entry or you can put a door key in a magnetic box and place it on the vehicle where only you know where its at.. so you can always get back in.. When ever you get into your car, the only thing you should have in the vehicle is your license, registration and proof of insurance and your cell phone and trifold and keys.. that is it.. everything else, lock in your trunk.. give them nothing to look at at all if they decide they are going to get a drug dog to give themselves permission to violate your rights.. and make them break into the vehicle to do so.. the most they can do if they pull you out is terry pat you for weapons.. that is it.. they may arrest you, they may tow your vehicle, but you have fully exercised your rights and should be good to go.. The three sentences above in parenthesis is all you really need to remember, the rest is what I do if I am pulled over above and beyond the three things I stated..
