  1. WELL THIS IS JUST SHAMEFUL. AMERICA IS GRAPPLING WITH OPIOD ADDICTION AND FENTALNYL USE..AND THIS FUCKING HAPPENS. 98% OF DRUGGIES SURVERYED SAID THEY HAD FIRST EXPERMENTED WITH WEED BEFORE MOVING ONTO MORE POWERFUL PSYCHOACTIVES. THIS IS A HORRIBLE VERY VERY DANGEROUS IDEA!!! PLEASE NY DO NOT DO THIS! THIS IS WHY CRIME, INCARCERATION, POVERTY AND HOMELESSNESS OCCURS. ALL DRUGS AND ALCOHOL ARE EVIL ! STAY AWAY FROM THIS!

  2. This is a step in the right direction but we all know how the government messes things up. They’ll imbue excess bureaucracy on this whole segment.

People who got excessively long sentences for draconian marijuana laws should have their cases be reviewed, commuted & cleared. Unfortunately this market already is mired by some artificial barriers & nebulous politics. For example, they create barriers to entry which allows only the “big boys” to play in this market segment. It is a new & untapped segment that has huge potential for growth & revenue. They should be fostering innovation & encouraging start-ups & smaller business to venture into this market. Obviously it must have strict regulations & oversight but they should ‘t be so burdensome or cumbersome that it makes it hard to get entry into this segment or to maintain viable operations.

Obviously it takes a lot of work, capital & equipment among many other things to enter this business but there should be incentives to help smaller entities or minority owned small business to enter & partake in this fast growing & prosperous market. The real issues are the unforeseen bad consequences that come along with commodities such are marijuana that give the critics of it a lot of ammunition to attack proponents of it with.

Government oversight & regulation almost always overly complicates business but hopefully they have learned from the mistakes made by other states like Colorado who began med & rec sales a lot earlier.

  3. When black and brown people were selling marijuana they couldn’t do it under the radar because it was associated with so much crime. But people still went to the hood to buy the drug. Now that the government is behind it there should be a smoother transition of getting the drug without turf violence. When other groups went to black and brown areas they were robbed or even killed for their money. If black and brown areas flew under the radar and there wasn’t so much crime in their communities there would have never been so much hoopla over mass incarceration dealing with marijuana. And those so called reverends and Democrats never wanted to talk about that topic. All they want to push is that all cops are bad and everything is against black and brown people.

  4. If you don't believe we're in the end of days be prepared for what's coming this is absurd our whole country is falling apart everyday as is the world repent put your trust in the Lord Jesus Christ and live a righteous life God bless
