  1. I'd love to try this experiment. I have and make cs. Problem is I have so many seeds that I really don't need to make fem seeds. I would if I had a new strain that anyone would buy but wtf. I don't think the market needs another seed supplier right now.

  2. 80% success rate is pretty freakin’ high! Nice job. In my expierience I typically get much less than 50% success rate. I isolate only one branch and spray that one branch for two weeks starting at the end of veg… But yeah, I have noticed that most of the time it produces blanks, or solid nanners with no pollen, or just nothing at all. Its super frustrating too considering how much time and hope you have put into the project!! Sometimes I will pulverize the nanners, and apply them to the pistles using a small paint brush- but its rare when I can actually score some seeds from that method. I’m gonna keep trying though, because seeds are freakin’ expensive these days, and if you really want to use smaller containers like I do, then you need lots of them! There has to be a more consistent method out there! Anyone????

  3. hi I have a question which I would really appreciate if you help.

I was gonna make my own seeds but I wanted to know if the seeds of the first plant which I spray silver colloidal or Silver Thiosulfate will be femm seeds also which one can grow. I know that to make a new strain you need to take the pollen of the sprayed planted and mix it but I was curious abut the first plant which pollen will be taken from if its seeds will be femm.

  4. I have done them last year, very small grow, windowsill. I only had about 5 bananas. I picked them individually and pollinated with them, producing insufficient but live seeds (I only get sunshine in the morning and in the evening, large multistory building S of my window). This year I will try autos and maturing under the lamps. So as soon as possible, okay. Thank you for suggestion. She is at week 2 now, should start flowering in week 4. Time to spray. I don't know how to gauge ppms, I simply juice one 9V battery into destilled water. I only use 1 battery because I drop few grains of CuSO4 into the water first to start the reaction despite unusually small voltage. Which could be lower still, but 9V are so convenient to buy.
