  1. EVERYONE needs to watch this! Thoroughly explained & explains a lot!!! I'm a Himalayan salt gal, suck some crystals in the morning but need to do this throughout the day – & take some with me. I'm of advanced years & extremely fit & healthy. What we put into our bodies is KEY; what we fill our minds with, also! Small wonder folk are ill – they drink diet coke and think that's okay!

  2. Not One Spoon She Never Said That. Do Not Twist What Barbara O'Neill Says.Listen Carefully To What She Is Saying. I Have Been Taking Celtic Salt Its Been Over 2 Years Now.

  3. "Some people believe that the higher levels of magnesium in Celtic salt help improve their hydration or to increase the other minerals. However, none of this has been proven. "

"Celtic salt contains a CA Proposition 65 warning because the estimated daily consumption contains levels of heavy metals such as lead, cadmium, arsenic and aluminum that are higher than the levels deemed safe by Proportion 65 standards which are stricter than what the FDA allows."

"After ordering a bag of Grey Celtic Sea Salt for medicinal purposes, it came to my attention via Google Earth that flocks of seagulls fly over and land on the salt barges during harvest discharging urine and feces soaking into the ingestible product."

"Mamavation found this salt to have extremely high levels of Lead (higher than any other brand tested) as well as high levels of Aluminum, Arsenic and Cadmium. Heavy metals accumulate in the body over time and can cause health problems. "

"I took two identical cups of rain water collected at the same time. Next, I added 1/8 tsp of Celtic Sea Salt to the left cup. Then I tested both cups with a water electrolyzer to test for toxins. The cup containing Celtic Sea Salt exhibited dangerous amount of heavy metals from it. (Please see the pictures that I have added from the first results.)

I did a second test after using distilled water in both cups. The cup containing only distilled water did not change, and the cup containing Celtic Sea Salt in it revealed near same results with dangerous amount of toxic metals."

"Originally Selina Naturally celtic sea salt was harvested from France. The package I just received of fine ground Celtic sea salt was way different from what I have ordered from Selina Naturally for the past 20 years. This salt was not as fine and was extremely sour. It did not have the flavor of what I have gotten in the past. This was much more like Kosher salt."

"Purchased in October 2021. The salt received was drier and whiter. I called the manufacturer of Celtic salt and they assured me It was fine, nothing had been changed and they knew about the drier whiter batch of salt. I should not have listened and I should have returned it. I use this salt to flavor foods as well as a nasal and throat rinse. All I can say is It isn’t the same as it use to be and if you do buy and receive the drier salt, return it. White label on my 5lb bag of fine ground shows a date code of “21015. 06-2036”."

"This particular batch I received had a weevil inside. This made me pour out all the contents out to inspect further. I found two other specks/impurities. The quality control on this package was lacking."

"I poured in glass jar and bug appeared. Bug could not have been in jar because I had just pulled out of dishwasher. It was alive. I waited two weeks, very disappointed. "

  5. While I do agree with this, please be aware that this is all about micro doses. I had a friend who used to insist on this, and he died of dehydration. Almost certainly from a pinch too much here and there, long term. Electrolytes and any other part of body chemistry are delicate balances and sometimes a protection system we are not consciously aware of can be down, opening us up to an imbalance. You never ever want enough salt in your water to taste it. Very light amounts can make it sweet, and not salty- even this is too much. You want amounts undetectable to the tongue if you are putting it in water. Lactated ringer iv fluids also have much more than just salt, but all your essential electrolytes (your cells are like batteries and will not work without the right electrolytes and proportions) look up the ingredients, note that most metals are in the chloride form. So should your supplements, as they need no conversion by other factors (some of which could be depleted) to be put to use. This helps avoid the problem where someone takes their supplements, but does not convert them all into use.

  6. This woman is an evil person, her church is to blame for the unscientific promotion of unhealthy veganism. This is a cult! We must eat meat to be optimal, this is even in the Bible! Do not listen to a word this woman pukes out of that lying hole of hers!

  7. BE VERY CAREFUL where you buy your 'healthy' salt from.
I used Himalayan salt for a while, became more sick, tested urine = lead, tested my filtered water = clear, tested my water with a pinch of salt = lead.
Turns out, Himalayan salt can be contaminated, or even worse a fake label on pink salt which can come from south america.

  8. why ITALIAN Herbs? which herbs are those?… and I have read you don't need 8 glasses of water it also depends on how much water u get from fruits and vegies..and each body is different..

  9. Nope! It is 3 days without water where problems start…. by 7 days with no water your brain is fried as hikers in Death Valley have discovered. In Siberia, you can melt snow with your hands and drink it… and you can last much longer there doing that.

  10. One thing on vitamin D, you need animal products to get D3, veggies are not enough. Personally, I do far better on an animal based diet and drink water containing mineral drops or sea salt.
