Thca is weird. It's almost 12 hours for it to fully kick in and I feel super stoned the entire next day. It also makes me feel incredibly anxious and depressed. I miss mellow low powered smoke.

Told him about THCA, he said "I don't smoke that fake stuff" I told him it wasn't. He said "ok can the shops around here compete with this?" Dude showed me a pic of what looked like really good schwagg or mids.
Actually, THCA being legal was a combo of the perfect storm. File as a hemp production facility. As such, by the Farm Bill of 2018, you are to be inspected. By of all people, the USDA. Well, they don't test product, they don't test anything not growing. So the farmer says, harvesting next month. The USDA comes over and test a few plants. If it passes, done deal. So the THCA your buying could actually be Delta-9 before it gets to you. Depends on how long in storage, if exposed to heat, etc. No one will be the wiser because there is nothing in place to test it after harvest. You will come up dirty on a test. Beware.
TLDR – ThcA plants are legal because it’s still marijuana they just harvest the plants sooner and typically sell it pre cured and dried. In other words, you can. Buy then place it in a jar and expose it to sunlight for awhile to cure it yourself
2024 people are still thinking THCA weed is different than weed that's been growing for millions of years. Please don't vote if you think there's a difference.
Im worried the Miller amendment is going to effect breeder selling seeds across state lines. This is a huge industry also. And its responsible for everyone's favorite strains nowadays. I want to be a breeder myself so this is concerning for me.

It made me realize that all weed is the same. Most the dispensary has higher thca then thc.
