I think using it in combination with meditation and mindfulness is useful. The book 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels is my go to for mindfulness when needing to relax more.
I think CBD has a lot of promise to help with many things. I appreciate that you talk about it. You're right, it's hard to find a good brand. But the more doctors talk about it, the more the public can learn about it, and that will help everyone to make informed decisions. I was amused by the comment someone else made, "stick to feet." I'm glad you talk about a variety of things- we're not just feet or just nerves or just separate body parts. We're complete, whole human beings and you recognize that. If we don't get quality sleep we won't heal. If we don't get good nutrition, we won't heal. So thank you for raising our awareness on a variety of health issues.
