I know this won’t work for every dog but, leading up to the 4th we have a lot of fireworks already. I sit with my dog and give her a treat every time one goes off even the little ones. We’ve gone from running to the back of the house and hiding to looking for a treat when there’s a loud noise to sleeping through them in about 5 days. She will still get lots of cuddles and treats on the 4th if she wants them. I know some dogs won’t eat anything when they are scared but maybe this can help some of you.
