Hi Lisa🍑🙋♀️ I love that you teach and explain the importance of exfoliating our skin. Trying to achieve clean, healthy skin, I'd tried dry brushing, and it was too harsh. The wet brush with cleanser is the way to go. Plus, the stimulating effect it has is so invigorating! Once again, having your knowledgeable and qualified guidance makes this journey doable. It is incredibly helpful and appreciated 🧡 No more fumbling in the dark lol I am so excited for the castor oil reveal…can't wait!! 🤸🍑🧡
I was dry sloughing. It was nice, but I didn't feel I could keep it up. I started using the Exfoliating cloth from Dollar Tree and my whole life changed lol. I also eventually started using the Supracor Stimulite honeycomb exfoliating mitts. OMG! Its an investment but reviews say they last for years and years. Some say they've had theirs for 10 years. With these mitts, don't press or scrub too hard. Be gentle lol. You will be BRAND NEW. I bought 2 for $50. I wound up cutting one mitt along the seam and shared the other half with my daughter. I cut off the thumb and use that on my face VERY gently and not daily. The 2nd one is for when the first one wears out. People have even gone on to use the old one to clean their bathroom. This mitt is made of very resilient material and its anti microbial. I had KP, dry skin, rough legs and hyperpigmentation. Its fading nicely. I now apply soybean/vegetable oil from head to toe before getting in the shower. When I saw that was the main moisturizing ingredient in a lot of high end body washes. Also, its affordable and in the grocery aisle. Then, I only wet the Dollar Tree exfoliating cloth, then I cut the water off so nothing gets rinsed off. I scrub a dub dub. Then I take my Supracor mitt piece and kinda wrap it around the exfoliating cloth so that the mitt piece has something to kind of substantiate it. I add more soap and scrub some more. I feel alive lol. I rinse thoroughly and then do a quick second wash with another Dollar Tree exfoliating cloth. These cloths and the Supracor fit in ALL NOOKS AND CRANNIES good people. I've had pregnancy stretch marks for 30 years. The Supracor is fading them and making them finer. Please consider. They are now $37. I just looked them up. Worth every single penny. When finished using, lay flat so water doesn't sit in honeycomb grids. Then I use a mixture of Dollar Tree baby lotion with dimethicone and Vaseline. Before this routine, I suffered my whole life. My legs and elbows are now smooth. Stretchmarks fading. Underarms smooth and lightened. I'm a peanut butter toned Black woman. 54 years old. Please consider! Right now no products are in my budget. Luckily I had all of this stuff already. You are a TRUE LIGHT in the beauty wellness industry. Thank you for everything. ❤
I love using Castor oil on my body. You can tell a difference with the higher quality brands. It just feels sooooo good!! Also the Fiji scrub does leave a nice layer of oil that makes my skin feel nourished
Lisa, I love your voice. So soothing. I started using castor oil & apple cider vinegar. What do u think about crepe erase that Jane Seymour advertises? Thank you. Jana- Texas
Awesome video Lisa !!! Love how you explain the importance of dry brushing and the importance of proper exfoliation. You and your products and lessons are the best and highly efficacious🍑Namaste-Judi❤️🌸🙏🏻
I'm new to Peaches (the exfoliator and cleanser) and am LOVING the results. I have pretty nice skin (I've been dedicated to taking care of it) but since starting the exfoliator and cleanser, I've gotten many MORE compliments. I was doubtful of the 2x/day exfoliation but it works and my ultra sensitive/fair skin is loving it. It's help lessen some of my aging lines and has even helped with my neck creases. Thank you!
A great video! My skin is doing so well – in my 5th week. I've got to get the things you have for the body – I have some crepey skin on my arms! Thanks for all you do!
This does work. It's better to be consistent, but sometimes with my body I'm not as much so. Recently we went on vaca & went to the pool & I did exactly this the day before & day of & my skin looked fab. I'm 56. I did use a little self tanner, which I know you don't love, Lisa, but I like a little color.
You can make your own body scrubs for much cheaper. Nice if you can afford it, but many of us are on budgets. Basically sugar, coconut oil and any kind of essential oils that help with smoothness.
Thank you for that video. I will be using it for my arms since they don't really look that great right now. Can you help me with a routine for my face? It is very saggy. I don't have many wrinkles but boy do I sag. I have a fold on both sides of my mouth.I really don't have the money for a red light therapy , I guess it's pricey but what I can try to do myself I will . Thank you
I like the benefits of castor oil, but it is so thick, I hate the way it sits on my skin. Is there a way to get it to absorb quicker?
What will fade age spots? Thanks, Cathy
Hi Lisa. I don't see the links….brush, body scrub, castor oil

Hi Lisa. My question is about the dry or wet brushing. How do we keep the brush clean? Thanks so much for all of your advise
I’ve been doing the dry brushing every night before I get in the shower and definitely the Castro oil. What a difference.

You had mentioned a few months ago about a possible salon in Naples, FL. Is that still in the works??
