  1. I live in a heavily blue state, and CBD has been heavily regulated for a long time. In a recent new law, the amount per container thats allowed is 250mg. Thats incredibly small, and makes it so you have to spend way more to get a decent supply, when just buying the straight oil would save a regular user thousands of dollars a year. Its likely done to keep their medical cannabis programs financially viable.

    "Legalization" is often bad, and makes it so the state can regulate everything to death and either make it unattainable or too expensive. Heavy de-criminalization and de-regulation of cannabis is a much better idea.
