Hello Ben , do u have any colleagues living and working in Australia that provide the same / similar services that u offer? Is there anyone out there from Australia that might be able to help with the above question?
I hope this is ok to post here, as a severe tinnitus sufferer myself i have been looking at ways to mask it. As im an audio engineer I created a guided meditation with additional sounds to stimulate the audio sensory area of my tinnitus via diversion. ive put it up on youtube and find it helps, it might help others as well. https://youtu.be/94s8Hzp6WOs
I use it. It works for the anxiety, stress, and inflammation. It doesn't make my tinnitus better or worse. The best thing i used to live with my tinnitus was habituation and learning to not associate tinnitus with fear and dread. Thanks for covering this and all the information yourself and Julian have provided to the tinnitus community.
The only supplement that had a noticeable impact was pharmagaba, after about 45 minutes to an hour, I have heard the volume go down. It works for a few days then has diminishing returns. I think the body starts regulating your natural gaba, so I wouldn’t use it regularly to avoid a rebound effect. I only take it when I’m having trouble sleeping.
While CBD doesn't help directly with my tinnitus, it does seem to help with my stress and anxiety response to it, which is more than welcomed. Any hope of CBD affecting tinnitus seems farfetched and instead should be viewed as a tool to help toward habituation, in my opinion.
Forget everything else all the nonsense cbt Cbd sound therapy supplements Just hold on until the FDA approves Susan Shore’s Auricle device which results were released yesterday. On TV there is a magic pill for every ailment! Where is our MAGIC 💊 PILL?!?!?! So many people are Suffering mine is from Covid and a lot of others the VAX!
thank you so much doctor , Ben and for people who have acoustic trauma with pain in the ears, and the sensation of being covered apart from tinnitus. Could sound therapies help to alleviate these symptoms? My tinnitus arose from using my headphones for too long to listen to subliminal audio.
Cbd also rewires your brain to how you deal with stress and anxiety therefore can lower your levels dramatically. Cbd also becomes more efficient the more its used so as you take it you will find that you can start to take less and have the same effect as your body becomes better at using it.

I'm on cbd full time and it does nothing for my tinnitus
I used CBD for 2 months and it did not bring me any benefit
I would have thought you woukd be covering the Susan Shore trial that was published yesterday
CBD Oil actually does nothing at all, but it can interact with some medications, especially blood pressure pills.
I tried a half dose of Cbd and it made my tinnituis worse for one night, never again

Has your team investigated GABA as a potential aid in treating T. Anything that dampens neuroexcitability seems beneficial to me.
Isn’t THC actually tetrahydrocannabinol? CBD is cannabidiol?
