  1. Cannabis smoker for 30 years. Decided to give up. I cannot put into words how much my life has improved. I'm every aspect. I just now regret the lost potential that I once had. A wasted life.

  2. I hope these producers put the money made from the video to charity. Itโ€™s not fair to be in a position to have high production value videos make money of the least fortunate people only to spend that money on bolstering the opposite points of view. The fact that itโ€™s such a provocative contested regulation means that loads of people are going to click on this video and the heartfelt comments are sometimes self deprecating and incriminating which goes against all of the confidentiality laws we love in Australia.

  3. i wish for the time when we celebrate this wonderful plant its helped me with depression i want to grow it a share with friends come up with different strains but the laws have me trapped me and i hate it…i dont want a criminal record because i smoke a joint

  4. "Marijuana/Cannabis is the Healing of the Nation, Alcohol is the Destruction. When you smoke Marijuana/Cannabis, itย revealsย you to yourself. It's very strange when Nature itself is made illegal. Making the Cannabis/Marijuana plant illegal is the same as saying that Mother Nature has made a mistake and committed a crime."ย  – Bob Marley

  5. Abc s latest landline episode about cannabis farmer medtech shows that the government are in the process of destroying any chance of the correct way to implement the whole cannabis industry. They are doing exactly the same thing the USA did by giving licensing to privileged few companies to grow medical cannabis on huge scales, making it impossible for any small farmer to get in the game. Then once cannabis is legalised and it's only a matter before this happens, these companies will control the market and prices get out hand forcing the black market to come back into popularity. They haven't learnt feom America's mistakes once again.

  6. Ive known people whove smoked for over 60 years without any consequences or side affects we all know whos truly behind stopping it and its not nothing to do with peopleโ€™s health god put that weed here for us who the hell are they to tell us we cant smoke it donโ€™t listen to their lying propaganda

  7. Need to hurry up & legalise growing for medical use im prescribed cannabis oil & vape cartridges for my chronic PTSD & chronic pain but i can't even afford my medications because I haven't been able to work for three years due to multiple surgeries on my lower back. They charge $350 per week for my oil & vape cartridges who the hell can afford to be paying $350 per week just for a medication ๐Ÿ˜ข

  8. I smoked it regularly for 30 yrs while running a small business. It diminished stress and chronic back pain. But,
stopped using upon retiring, 15 years ago.

By then, I found it was interfering too much with brain function. But, by age 70, like the lady playing piano, I picked up a very painful autoimmune disease, RA.

Medical cannabis is no help on that, for me. It depends on a person's DNA. Change of diet and laboratory medicines help me lead an active life.

Did not know Australia was so far advanced in this field of more natural medicines. All the best to researchers and suppliers!

This was a very balanced and informative report.

  9. It is not going far enough to simply legalise pot. I can't afford to pay seven thousand dollars for a kilo of cannabis when I can grow much better stuff in my yard. Australian pharmaceutical cannabis comes from Canada, and is from labs owned by china. It is not holistically grown and is inferior to home grown which costs nothing. It is an excellent thing to grow one's own because cannabis responds to care and affection. If you love this plant and treat it right, it will love you back. Lab rat pot doesn't do this because it is cloned, it is grown in a sea of chemicals, it is castrated and never sees the sun. No love there!!!! You cannot get really good pot unless it is fertilised. Cannabis resin is there to protect the seed – no seed no really top-quality mature resin.

  10. Why is it that we require TGA safety trails and PBS schemes for a fucking plant that's been used as medicine for thousands of years. its all a cash grab of the tax payers money.

  11. My grandma had a bad case of athritis whilst we were in our other relatives house in austrailia, she had feinted and couldnt stand up without excruciating pain so we had called the ambulance. After they arrived i was suprised to see they had admistered her with some sortve cannabis medicine from which she inhaled and afterwards the inflammation and pain went down alot she said she felt so much better . this was in brisbane, sunny banks, the medicinal uses of cannabis can be really helpful for the elderly ๐Ÿ™โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿ”ฅ

  12. I do security on a very large organic commercial cannabis farm in NM. As someone who's tried it but doesn't use it while working on a recreational farm i think it's insane that Australia doesn't even have medical cannabis legalized.

  13. Should never have been made illegal. The Australian government needs to legalise and decriminalise cannabis now itโ€™s way overdue ๐Ÿ‘ should be used in all aged care facilities, hospitals and palliative care now to help reduce so much suffering ๐Ÿ‘
