  1. Avocado toast, oatmeal with walnuts that would really fill all of you up, make eggs out of mung beans, fruit bowls, berries, bananas almond butter or peanut butter, agave, acai frozen or make your own, add seamoss to your smoothies or fruit bowls ๐Ÿฅฃ ๐Ÿ˜‹ Yes cherry ๐Ÿ’ Garcia loved it. I now make it vegan.

  3. I rarely ever bought cereal in the store ( to expensive and very little nutrition) I had 7 different breakfasts that we made. Every day of the week had its "assigned" breakfast- homemade granola with homemade yogurt, baked oatmeal ( so good), muffins, cream of wheat, biscuits with gravy, pancakes (or waffles) and every Saturday it was grits, eggs, bacon and toast. We were eating meat at that time.
Lunches were either leftovers, one pot meals or homemade bean burritos (we made our own flour tortillas). I always rotated who helped in the kitchen and really tried to pair one of the younger children with one of the older ones- this not only helped me but also taught the older ones some valuable tools on training younger children. The younger ones also liked being with an older sibling.
This video was a sweet reminder to me of those days when the kids were all still at home. We homeschooled, raised our own animals and gardened like crazy. Summers were very busy canning and putting things up for winter. Thank you for the trip down memory lane.
Ms. Mercy you are doing a really good job, and I love seeing you help your mama.
