  1. I think the only way it is you’re going to find facts on this is if you use a bunch of Jamaicans who has chronic weed habit lol I'm Jamaican. When I’m high and my headphones are in my ears, I work out harder n longer

  2. if u really need the relaxation, you could just use a vaporizer and only smoke cbd, so you dont get any negative effects and dont get high, but get the recovery benefits, but i think some people just say that they smoke it for recovery, to find a reason to smoke weed

  3. Hey. I have smoked about 10-11 years, and most of this time have done workouts. First was of ckurse very hard HIIT workouts and next basic and skill based calisthenics workout. Never had any issue and it was much more better for me than not smoking 🙂

  4. Been smoking and lifting all my life .
I take a joint before and after every workout. The funny thing is I'm just as jacked as my fellow gym mates. In fact I'm a lot stronger in many lifts and I push more reps. Some things are better tried before listening to pple who don't smoke on a daily.

  5. I always wake and bake.
I train around 6pm after at least 2 meals. I take my protein shake right after and I Smoke a J to get hungry and mellow down for dinner.
Going high to the gym for me does not work I loose intensity and get lost in other thoughts. My gain is all about the squeeze so the muscle connection I need to have in control in all times

  6. Man i think the data in this study is flawed in a simple way. THC is a good strong pain reducer, people push harder when lifting and warming up. I'm certain this wasn't taken into account. And what about eating and not smoking THC?

  7. Man i thin the days in this study is flawed in a simple way. THC is a good strong pain reducer, people push harder when lifting and warming up. I'm certain this wasn't taken into account. And what about eating and not smoking THC?

  8. I've always found it easier to push myself to failure or past failure with both low and high reps while high. This is just another fitness “new study” meme. It will eventually come full circle and show that it's actually helpful. Same with ROM, volume, intensity and cardio. X says Y, then Z comes around and says the opposite of X, then Jeff Nippard makes a video on why “we” were wrong all along.

  9. Definitely smoking before the gym makes me not lift as much and lower stamina
However sometimes when I do I can feel the stretch alot more when I go slow on reps
So I just smoke after the gym no more before hand

  10. I have ADD my mind never stops, I smoke 2 joints before I work out and have the best focus and my mind muscle connection is amazing, I have the best workouts while high.

  11. Med patient here! I smoke for my herniated discs/scoliosis and since the pain from that impairs my ability to produce force immensely (especially with my legs and rectors), I smoke a bowl specifically as a preworkout, and again as a postworkout to counteract the inflammation in my spine. So far I don't necessarily feel weaker compared to when I was training sober, but then again I was training with a body that isn't exactly standard lol. So probably an outlier there. Definitely have seen a significant reduction in t levels and I'd imagine my gains are being reduced as well, but like I said, med patient, so I don't have much choice. Thanks for the info! Will definitely be sure to pay extra attention to my cardiovascular health in the coming years.

  12. Ill be honest… was trying to quit daily alcohol use amd it was not fun at all… this stuff is way too strong (even the 5-7% stuff thats supposed to be "weak")… and CBD is actually psycoactive… tried it myself amd it still made anxious juat like thc… there was no "fun" factor… all i felt was extreme anxiety… i know for other people enjoy it but i myself will stick to alcohol

  13. I know at around 12:10 you talked about how underground cartridges for vapes can contain harmful substances, but specifically the carrier oil – if the wrong stuff is used – can cause what we use to call popcorn lung. so it's good to know that the home made and un-regulated market can be harmful in ways that you might not expect.
