  2. Is it even profitable to invest in properties? My shares give me wasy 10% return without lifting a finger. Its extremely hard to achieve this with properties when you take into account interest rates, insurance, body corp cost, land tax etcā€¦not much left there. Betting on continuing growth to cancel the losses is a risky business.
