Home Grown Made Easy at Some growers swear by organic nutrients. Before you try growing with …

Nope. Don't eat food from whole foods. Lol. The poison ivy is organic is a bad analogy. We are organic. It's like anything else some salts are loaded with heavy metals some organic nutrients have also become contaminated. You must have a living soil biome to have your organic nutrients work. You have to decide do you want a fungal dominant soil, bacterial dominant soil,or a mixture of the two. That being said. Get proper nutrients and make a super soil. Mix your soil to contain the necessary elements with the proper pH and alow it to cook for several months before using. The longer you let the soil sit the better. Use the 1/3 to 2/3 ratio of super soil to buffer or top soil. With the bone meal, dolomitic lime, gypsum, and Epsom(which is natural not organic) you won't run into Calcium or magnesium deficiencies. Kelp, neem cake, and guanos will do the veg work and also add plant metabolism all the way through. As far as a bloom boost using macerated cantaloupe adds a major dose of carbohydrates and potassium. This should be used 2 weeks before bloom and throughout. As the soil needs time to prep the nutrients for the plant. It's all about prep when it comes to a organic living soil. And never never use green waste ( contains all types of bad stuff like pharmaceuticals, human waste, plastics it just isn't worth the risk.) this can be done in or outside. There's also the earth box or probiotic grow method. There is not right or wrong way. Just what's right or wrong for the individual.
I’m using organic nutrients for my outdoor and I have my plants in 100 gallon fabric pots. My tallest plant is over 9 ft tall as of this week. I started using synthetic nutrients when I first started growing but I switched over to organic because I like the benefits of the slow released nutrients. I feed them once a month and water a few times a week. Makes my outdoor growing a lot easier and my plants get huge.
hea scotty luv the vidieos looking at your recharge and grow dots but i grow outdoor according to directions i need like 700 dollars worth ive got 14 boxes about 50 gals of soil each do i have to use so much
Different strokes for different focks i,ve bin organic gower since i started but jus got ya grow dotts delivered to day goin with them for my 1st sinthtic run i like the idea of only water respect Scotty 👊🏻🇬🇧
I bought something organic with the usual fish meal, chicken poo, alfalfa meal and kelp, and mycorhhiza. I'm trusting the source, but i think i found a winner. The plants are very happy.
I was organic all the way on my last gardens. I bought grow dots and my plants loved them…I top dressed with 284 power bloom on my week of transition into flower. Using both organic and synthetic products is beneficial. Knowledge is power and your channel has great content. Keep up the great work Scotty.
I grow outside with organic soil,, in the uk, takes from march till October for the plant to reach maturity and to crop,, don’t mind waiting for it’s natural development to occur, so one day four days is fine for me,, make my own tea, compost and worm castings in a bag, with RO water fish bio bizz concentrated fertiliser from Holland, and molasses with air pump and stone over 24 hours,, works a treat, epsom salts if needed, and making sure the PH is within the 6.00 – 7.00 limits, done this every year, pukka results. Love your videos,, always a pleasure to watch, 🙏🪴🇬🇧
Tbh I been on it since 1993 as a 15 year old, started originally with standard soil and fed on tomatoe feed ha ha, these days I go biobizz but a small amount and natural soul which I re use, I used to water down piss years ago too ha ha,
Synth when Sick! ⚕️🌱 As w/humans, ‘best to get our nutes from real food, the ol’ fashion way, unless we’re sick. Hospitals don’t give food Rx. ‘Takes 2long to address the problem. Something lab made now, AND a healthy(organic;) diet/meal plan, as to stay healthy, & avoid as much future sickness as possible.
After growing in coco for decades I took a 5 year break and was talked into organic soil I have never been more disappointed Coco and synthetic I'll steer this bitch thanks
Organic is infinitely better. Mother Earth knows best. It’s scientifically proven plant’s growing in organic matter in connection with the earth is better
wonder why plants grow far bigger and faster with “ synthetic” nutrients . I’ve done both side by side and the synthetic in the hydro set up destroyed the organic in soil in every way .
Excellent video Scotty – I don't know why this is so controversial. I guess people just don't comprehend the soil nutrient cycle. If someone is growing indoors(in a closet) organic, more than likely, won't yield you what a good synthetic system will produce.
This is the opposite of the Native Americans teaching the Pilgrims how to survive with Organic farming. This is like a Pilgrim bringing his chemicals and showing the Indians how to POLLUTE the soil…….
Just got the latest Soft Secrets and the TOP 5 TIPS FOR BETTER TASTING CANNABIS.No1.Use Organics. They have the mag online. Scotty! I LOVE ORGANICS! 💚 iCan Organics + Recharge for the Win!! ⚡🌱 Dry amendments do need to be broken down by microbes in the soil but i gotta say Btw there are also liquid organic nutrients that will be absorbed quickly! Organic liquid fertilizers are derived from natural sources and are an excellent choice for organic gardening. They contain nutrients like phosphorus and nitrogen that are immediately available to plants in my research! Hey, synganics is the best of both worlds too right!!
Not 100% on Organic, personally if you got the time try it, but I like my bottles, currently running aeroponics with 2 different lines on nutrients for a side by side, do use grow dots when I'm in soil. Love them for soil
Heavy metals are more likely in your synthetic pgr than in your organic grow folks that's just an fyi. It's a great move educate yourself in botany and horticulture before starting your grows. As long as you are diligent the organic grow is smoother tastier and healthier and will teach you about growing FOOD and not just buds. I'm organic all the way!
I grew hydro for years I now grow organic and love it more. It’s all about soil building and I can still use synthetic if problems come up they don’t add to the microbial but they don’t take away either. You touch on all the answers have no fear and go for it!
Over the past 30 years, I've tried a few things. In my honest opinion, you can't beat the taste of organically grown. But like anything, it has to be done right.
Use a good selection of microbes like bacillus and rhizhophagus irregularis when doing living soil or just in general bc mycorrhizal growth is beneficial regardless of medium, like Scotty said build a soils channel is very informative for organic growers.
Synthetics is/was a pain. In my not so humble opinion, take better care of the living soil cycle and the better the plants(flowers) will be. Recycled soil, no-till, compost, teas and mulching is the way for me… Incredible tasting bud. No salt build-up from synthetics.(and worry of fertilizer burn), no ph testing… easy peasy… No need to buy plastic bottled nutrients from all the pot-casts! Now I need to take my grow outdoors and I will be where I want to. ✌🏼🐸
When I hear a synthetic grower say organic taste better I'll believe it. Seems biased with organic growers saying it's the best terps. The best terps come from the healthiest plants period. Regardless of how it was grown imo
These organic purists will also try to tell you that tofu and kale taste good 🤮(there ain’t enough bacon grease in the world brother 🐷🥓) consider the source when the participation trophy crowd try’s to throw there 2 cents in grown folks business, but to each there own let there yields suffer with less phenotypical expression, oil production, and weird little deficiencies 🤷🏽♂️

Different strokes for different focks i,ve bin organic gower since i started but jus got ya grow dotts delivered to day goin with them for my 1st sinthtic run i like the idea of only water respect Scotty 👊🏻🇬🇧
The salts in synthetic are the thing people dont like? I think, however you can sustainably replenish inexpensively, go for it.

Both produce awesome bud, it all comes down to the grower and how much time you spend with your plants.

I use bio bizz and have had good results but I use half the amount recommended after watching your vids thanks for saving me money 💰 👍
Grow your own greens on YouTube is where you should go to learn to garden
Organic is infinitely better. Mother Earth knows best. It’s scientifically proven plant’s growing in organic matter in connection with the earth is better
Organic means living or once living…
To be clear minerals are not organic… they are natural but not organic..
Rule of thumb….nature does it right and perfect…never go against it…organics produce best quality
