I was going to say if you are going to close the feed buggy, just take a really small amount of buggy feed 8n a pan with this medicine in it for him to eat quickly. after he finishes that, open the feed buggy so he can eat all he wants or fill his bowl with regular feed that way you know he will know he ate the medicine all gone 😊
Since Little Gary likes oatmeal, can you give him a small amount of oatmeal with his medicine in it ? Not more than like a cup full so you know he will get it down. Then if he wants more oatmeal, you can give him more after he eats his medicine dose 😊

Question Lester: Why wouldn't you pet the bull calves? Seems to me I'd rather they be a little tame in order to be around them and up close as they become mature bulls. The fact that they have been handled will have no effect on them breeding. For your own safety around the bulls, it would be much better to handle them as calves so they could grow up and not be so unpredictable as mature bulls. So if you have another bottle calf, and turns out to be a bull calf, does it mean you wouldn't feed it since you don't touch bull calves? I just don't understand your reasoning that's all.😊
