Dr Gersh, I see your P.A. and she’s helped me get my hormones right. Can you give us more pearls of wisdom about what to safely do if we have a chronic virus activated? I would also like to hear more about CBD, as you mentioned it briefly for pain and inflammation.
My story is too long to post here so I will try to make this short. 😅n 1981 At the age of 25 I had a hysterectomy. My son was only 4 months old at the time. This led me down the road to years of suffering. I went to many doctors who could not help me. Years later, before computers etc, I began to research everything I could on hormone therapy through books and magazines! I brought this info to My Physicians and they would NOT even hear about it. Long story short I became an Aesthetician and met a Dr at a conference on aging who changed my life. I started on bio identical hormones, various supplements and healthy foods. My life changed completely. I began to look younger in my early 40’s than I did in my 20’s and 30’s. Just recently I found one of my books and it was written by Dr Gersh! She is so right on! Everything she has said in this uTube is exactly what took years of research for me to finally find relief.
What do you think about the supplement Time+ from Nuchido? With Time+ my estradiol value is rise significantly so I had to reduce the dose. It also works anti inflammatory.
Can you please help me with estradiol patch and progesterone pill? I’m 48 years old having joints pain especially knee pain. I am listening to all of your videos about perimenopause and how you recommend to do cyclic if still have ovary. My last period was October 16 and and it is 4 days late. My period cycle is just all over the place so do I apply cyclic progesterone with unpredictable menstrual cycle. I’m confused. I’m using .05 estradiol and 100mg progesterone pill. Seems to relieve some knee pain and got rid of night sweat. Do you think It is good dosage for me? I’m so sorry for long message. I don’t really know who to ask. I got estradiol patch prescribed from Midi but nurse practitioner doesn’t seem to really know.
Wow…..!!! You’re so wonderfully informed and at the front lines in this topic. Thank you for sharing your insight and encouragement! Keep it coming! 🎉😊❤
