  1. For those who don't know:
    1. Some of the people living in the Woodley estate actually bought the houses and were given titles only to find out a few years later that it was not allowed. Their titles were cancelled yet they weren't refunded the money that they paid.
    2. Yes they were given 90 days notice to vacate but the demolition team actually came earlier than the agreed time. The houses were supposed to be demolished from Tuesday but the team came on Monday night when some had not finalized moving their belongings and were asleep in their houses. Due to the night demolition, their furniture and personal belongings were stolen.
    3. The electricity for this area was delibaretly switched off for approximately 45hours (Monday night to Wednesday evening) so that they could get away with demolishing the houses at night. As a result of this, there was high level of insecurity in the neighbourhood.

  2. Kenyans r sooo WICKED!This is just political benefit!JESUS!@this time when economy is soo hard how do u destroy peoples properties?USELESS GOVERNMENT!As if nt enough you disconnect electricity????May God NEVER forgive you
