Thank you for your video I love him the Arizona Phoenix I just started vaping CBD as well I have the drops and I have the cream for my joints I get it extremely reasonable from someone I met here in Phoenix it's 500 milligram strength Plus almost impossible to find it's helped tremendously so far I was in accident that caused me nerve damage and now severe muscle loss and I am working hard and it hurts bad as I regain my muscle mass so the CBD helps with that as well when I become anxious paperclip seems to be the quickest and best for me what I'm in severe pain and the drops as more of a maintenance I also added to magnesium 800 mg a day and 4000 units of potassium a day 2000 in the morning and 2000 at night our bodies need a little more than that everyday just to function one of the biggest help I had was iodine I take approximately 100 mg a day I build up to it over A month's time and I started out with 10 mg you can do your research it's very safe and our bodies need it now more than ever what the Fukushima ordeal they're just not saying how bad it really is everywhere and radiation destroys or thyroid so iodine is a big key to feeling better also I know if we other things that I really helped if you need any help with anything please contact me 602 754 1445 I'm not a doctor nor am I giving any advice for any cures and just what works for me take care
Thank you for posting this! I can relate to so much of what you say and feel. It is so very hard living in pain especially when people around you don't understand. Our lives change drastically and people just think you are exaggerating and being dramatic! Isolation is so very hard and makes the " pain" of chronic illness even harder!!! I take gabapentin and Prozac and want to try CBD but afraid to go cold turkey and worry about taking the CBD while taking smaller doses of prescribed meds. Any advice ? Thanks again for your posts !!
This has been extremely helpful for me in my research. I can't wait to order my CBD vape and see how it helps my life. Chronic pain, degenerative discs, etc etc etc. On opoids and life is starting to suck so I'm excited to try something new.
Brilliant thank you so much! Havent come across someone from uk before so thats brilliant to find out about uk products. am currently going cold turkey off perscription meds in jope of going cbd route and came across you! had spent ages trying to research products and getting confused big time! with the syringe from little sparrows, how long does that last?
Lovely Gemma I have had FM for 25years plus other illnesses. I wanted to say that I went for cognitive behavioural therapy about 3 years ago and then invited to a group after. When I had finished they invited me back as an expert by experience. I have done this for two and half years. It really helped. I am now 65 and work for hospice. I have just bought CBD capsules so looking forward to seeing what happen s. Just received collagen capsules but decided to wait to see his CBD works. Read about Protocol collagen capsules. Best of luck 😍😍
Just heard there is a CBD peanut butter too😜…I'll try and find out where we can get it from! Thanks for you videos Gem, they are so positive. Fed up of the constipation I get with Tramadol, and worried I am becoming immune to it🙈…..
Thanks for taking the time to make your videos on CBD. I have arthritis of the spine with pain into my neck, arm and leg. I am on or have tried all the medication you mention and have had some nasty side effects and am still in pain. Pain can really drive you found the bend. The things that have made most difference to my pain so far are mindfulness meditation and art therapy! I'm on day 2 of cbd oil . So far so good. I can feel a real difference and am hopeful. Thanks again. You are a good advert for CBD as you look so much healther after taking for a prolonged period.
I've just finished watching the full video. Honestly, I understand what you're talking about, as I'm going through what you've been through, but, not on your scale. I'm with you 100%
The only thing I've not tried is the vaping, which I'm going to think about.
I wish you well and hope you continue to enjoy your life in a pain free manageable way. God bless you.
