So yes on three didn't pass……. Ron DeSantis is violating the law by giving false and coercive statements against legalization of marijuana……. That means that Governor Ron DeSantis and all the sheriffs in Florida are forcing 122 million tourists every year to resort to the dark web taking their lives in their hands just to buy marijuana because Ron DeSantis and the Florida government all conspired together with the sheriff's and law enforcement all throughout Florida 67 counties….. 122 million tourists must go to the dark web to buy marijuana and drugs.
The most despicable thing is ……
Law enforcement are the drug dealers on the dark web. That's how they're making all their money. It's all from the dark web. Law enforcement troll the dark web posing as drug dealers in reverse drug stings.
Governor Ron DeSantis is guilty of cannabis racketeering and collusion and conspiracy.
Malfeasance in office. Ron DeSantis has a marijuana scheme.

  2. Legalize cannabis federally now. What's legal to possess and consume in over half of the populated areas of The United States should not make you a criminal in states still being governed by woefully ignorant prohibitionist politicians. Cannabis consumers in all states deserve and demand equal rights and protections under our laws that are currently afforded to the drinkers of far more harmful, dangerous and deadly, yet perfectly legal, widely accepted, endlessly advertised and even glorified as an All American pastime, alcohol. Plain and simple!

  3. Cannabis should be absolutely just as legal and easy to obtain anywhere as alcohol currently is. No exceptions. It's so easy: As legal and easy to obtain/use as alcohol currently is. Why hold relatively benign, often healing cannabis to any sort of irrational, stricter double standard than perfectly legal alcohol?

  4. Prohibition and Reefer Madness are only pushed and believed by a very small, lunatic-fringe minority of irrational looney-tune Holier Than Thou types that are on a never ending little personal moral-crusade and witch-hunt against relatively benign cannabis and it's consumers. The rest of us sane, rational, normal Americans just laugh our butts off at and mock utterly desperate lying prohibitionists and their ridiculous Reefer-Madness-Rhetoric as the comedy show they truly are!

  5. Yea y’all need to back off the smell and the kid bs bro. It already smell like weed all over. And you can’t eat enough weed to die if you tried. The cooperate greed thing is important tho.

  6. Says the dude that's using OUR money to spread propaganda. For anyone wondering im talking about tax payers money it's not going to anything that helps the state its going to fighting a plant.

  7. Not even the Federal Reserve System [from the Federal Reserve Act] has an Amendment in the Constitution… It's a legal technical mistake from the pro-marijuana movement to try to over-do this whole thing and try to make it engraved into stone. Constitutional amendments are not meant for such purposes…

  8. Instead of being so strict on what the law comes with for legalizing marijuana, and it not being in your favor, Mr. Governor, I think you should ban alcohol ! Alcohol is more dangerous than weed will ever be. Drunk drivers everywhere at nighttime daytime midday it doesn’t matter and you could be a threat to society drinking alcohol or to yourself have you ever heard that about marijuana? NO

  9. This guy is really talking about education and paying for the police bro. This is to legalize weed. We understand that if we buy a card for $250 we could smoke weed freely but we have to get it from a store We have to get a prescription that we have to get from a store, When you can just go to your normal plug and buy weed and you can smoke it freely. we gotta renew that card every year for $250. Nobody wants to do that. We don’t want to get harassed every time. I just recently got pulled over because they said my tint on my car was too dark then it came to oh we smell a substance of marijuana OK so I told them they cannot search my vehicle. They didn’t search my vehicle but they brought the dog out. They did all this just because I didn’t have my card but they told me I should get my card. Why should I get my card when I smoke my weed at home? I already know the consequences.

  10. Doing completely fine in Missouri since it's been legal 2 years, its old news at this point here. Tons of money made so far from legalization with no increase in problems. Vote yes Florida

  11. Nowhere in the bill does it expressly say you will not be able to grow your own plants. In fact it opens the door to that possibility actually happening. This is just another politician lying to us.

  12. Why even be surprised it's gonna be a constitutional amendment? You knew this was coming for years, you could've gotten together with the legislature and signed a bill into law that would've satisfied some of your concerns before it got to the ballot.

Your argument against legalization is also significantly undermined by the fact that you vetoed a bill that would restrict the potency of hemp thć products.

  13. PLEASE SOMEONE INFORM ALL THESE IGNORANT COMMENTS SAYING
"VOTE YES" BECAUSE THEY NEED TO BE EDUCATED THAT IF THAT HAPPENS
    1. IT WILL BE NO DIFFERENT THAN BIG PHARMA!
    &
    2. THAT ALSO MEANS IT REMAINS ILLEGAL TO GROW ON YOUR OWN LAND!
    VOTE NO!!!
