Ky here Ohio was a huge win for our state also to help encourage recreational here in ky medical started today and I’m looking forward to the day when full legalization occurs because it needs to happen our state is already well behind on the issue but Ohio definitely needs to prioritize getting their pricing better right now it’s still too expensive especially in comparison to the state that borders it Michigan
Congrats on the growth and a big thanks on the contributions to the "narrative." I know it's a business (we all have to make a living) but the information/color you guys add on both the industry side and the legislative/political side is invaluable. Muchos gracias gentlemen.
The government can keep the cannabis oil in the medical field and make the flower legal to consumers in every state instead of playing favorite with states, it’s not right for cannabis to be legal in some states and not others so sick people can’t move

FL recreational could come up again during mid-terms or otherwise through the legislative process which starts up in March 2025. I think it will be through the legislature. Question is whether they can fast track something through quickly. It doesn't seem like they would need to recreate the wheel after the A3 push….maybe just fine-tune some of the guardrails.
