  1. Idaho wanting closed hearings and anything else pretty much tells us they don't have much to go on and the legal system is looking to convict this guy innocent or guilty, even with not much to go on because they are under pressure to make someone the whipping boy for these murders – society must be appeased no matter the cost. Easy to convict with nothing in hand really of substance when no one can see it.

  2. Check out Hudson v. Michigan (1979). This ruling appears to undermine Taylor’s position regarding the defendant’s 4th amendment rights to privacy regarding crime scene DNA. . . . I agree that hearings should be open to the public, with a few possible exceptions.

  3. New to the channel and I have a quick question. The part about the detective in Kansas is verbatim to an AP news article. Is that all the channel does? Just asking out of curiosity. Not judging.

  4. That aubery case made me sick. I was in tears. Those defense teams were despicable. Judging his feet. I was happy to see the clergy show up outside the court house but they should have shown all of the racist crap on their truck. Evil men

  5. Either way his life is over. I feel so bad for him the evidence against him is flawed he isn't creepy looking. Nancy Grace and the media has been awful judging someone by their date with someone and diet preferences which should be an evidence for him, if hes a vegan no way would he be able to slaughter 4 humans. Im a vegetarian and ive never brought myself to cut up chicken

  6. You are an idiot. They had every right to shoot that black guy! He was trying to rob! He wasn’t wearing running had on non work out/running attire! The fact you think that the attorney is guilty of anything proves your a moron!

It should be found that you have an expectation of privacy in your own DNA just like the contents of your cell phone. Data within each is personal and concealed. That is, cannot be seen with the naked eye under the "plain view" exception to a warrant under the Fourth Amendment.
Fingerprints CAN be seen with the naked human eye under the right conditions, the internal structure of DNA or the electronic data within a cell phone CANNOT be seen with the naked eye.

The Fourth Amendment does not cover ALL searches, just unreasonable searches.
Searching the exterior of a knife sheath would fit reasonableness BECAUSE the exterior of the sheath is in "plain view" but that exception to the Fourth Amendment would no more allow searching the contents of DNA any more than searching the electronic contents of a cell phone.

So, your DNA or cell phone could be gathered as evidence, but those things could not be searched without a warrant.

  8. Isn’t Kohberger entitled to know what the process is that the FBI used to get to his DNA?? It’s my understanding that the FBI won’t give the defense the info on HOW the genetic genealogy process was conducted. Kohberger deserves to have this info so they can have the process recreated and investigated by their own experts.

  9. Let me tell you about transcripts….Long story short I ordered a copy of my divorce hearing…huge chunks were missing…(Lesson learned, tape any court hearing you are involved in, dont trust) BLEW my mind?! Best they release tape of trial if you want truth.

  10. Even if BK is the murderer, the prosecutor’s pathetic attempt at manipulating evidence and trying to hide it from the defense AND the public is likely going to botch this case. It’s been handled badly the entire time in nearly every way.

  11. Koheberger didnt do that crime. I live in Pennsylvania and know the Kohebergers and can tell you he is not a violent, sparatic, confrontational, or direct man like myself. He is pretty much a pushover. There is no way he went in a place and killed four adults with a knife that would be extremely difficult even for someone like myself who is a US Marine and Afghanistan combat veteran. Also without getting any DNA on himself or in his car. The FBI got kohebergers DNA off that database and thats where the DNA came from there was never ever any Koheberger DNA inside that 1122 king road dump.
